Light and Versatile!
This is a remarkable little tripod. I wanted something light, portable and straightforward for a tabletop type tripod setup just to use with my iPhone. Ulanzi delivered! While being incredibly light, I feel that this is a very durable tripod. Super simple to use. I also got the Ulanzi phone holder, and soon, I will be adding the quick connect claw connector so I can easily move my iPhone back and forth between this little tripod and the TT31 I have (also by Ulanzi).I have been very pleased with Ulanzi's photo/video gear and their quick connectors make it super easy and frankly imperative, to continue living within the Ulanzi ecosystem. If you're looking for a very small, sleek and portable tripod, with extension for vlogging, etc., I know you won't be disappointed by the MT-16. Beyond that, I do think the price I paid for this is bordering on a bargain, but I digress... I have enjoyed using this tripod, and I expect I will for years to come.

Just what I needed.
Have been using this for a while for a more on-the-move mount, and all I can say is it's really good for it. It has a slight wiggle on the head as it's not secured very well and has a side-to-side motion where the tripod meets the top part. Just something to consider: not bad performing but just something that bugs overall, very well made and very compact.

Probably better for lighter cameras but still works well.
This mini tripod serves its purpose admirably, particularly for compact cameras like GoPros or small action cameras. Despite its plastic construction, it maintains a commendable level of stability, with minimal wobbling that doesn't impede its functionality. I've found it to be a reliable companion for my Sony ZV-E10, though it may not be the most robust option for heavier cameras. The inclusion of a GoPro mount in the box adds to its versatility, further expanding its utility. The cold shoe mount stands out as a reliable feature, offering sturdy support. Considering its affordable price point, the tripod feels surprisingly durable, contributing to its overall appeal. While it may not claim the title of the ultimate tripod, it certainly fulfills its role admirably. With its dependable performance and thoughtful features, I'd confidently rate it a solid 7.5 out of 10.

A cool and handy piece of equipment
Very handy telescopic 2 in 1 tripod. A very useful tool. Well constructed and durable piece of equipment. I keep it in my camera bag at all times.

Good for me, and probably you too.
UPDATE: Ive had this for a few weeks now and i really like it.ORIGINAL:I got this to hold a webcam on my desk because it kept getting bumped around. It goes low enough to stay out of my line of sight and can easily extend higher to eye level if i need to temporarily.Angle adjustment is good and easy. Its just the right weight to stabilize the web cam on my desk. It is marketed as being also a selfie stick. I wont ever use it like that but i think its heavier than i would want a selfie stick to be.The legs dont seem very sturdy, but sturdy enough for stationary use with a light weight webcam. I will definitely be careful with the legs.

Great Table Top Tripod
Small, well built, durable, tripod. I own three of these. I keep one in the boat. I keep one in the house. And I have another in duffel bag that I take to gigs. If you want to attach it to your phone, you'll need to buy an attachment. This comes with a mount for a GoPro type camera but not for your phone. The 360 degree ball head mount makes it easy to adjust for all angles. I'd recommend this tripod.

Good for your GoPro, but a bit too flimsy for your portable monitor
Got the MT-16 stand back in late May 2024 to work as a stand for my 16" ASUS MB16ACV portable monitor. The MB16ACV has a screw hole, and the stand seemed like it would be the right height to pair with my raised laptop setup. And it works perfectly... at first. Now nearly two months in, whenever I mount my portable monitor onto the MT-16 tripod stand, the stand instantly starts leaning towards the left. It's bad enough that if I want my portable monitor to not fall over, I need to lean it against my raised laptop to keep things steady. I'll keep this for my kid to use as a GoPro mount, but it'll be back to the drawing board for me in terms of elevating my portable monitor.tl;dr: Great GoPro solution, but not strong enough to hold a portable monitor up w/o tipping over

Great for the Zoom R4 recorder
Instead of laying my Zoom R4 recorder flat on the tabletop, I wanted something that would hold it at a comfortable viewing angle. I didn't need anything heavy duty. This little tripod is very good for that. It's got a standard 1/4" screw mount, and the R4 has a mount on the back for that. The ball head is pretty position-able. It has a vertical notch so the R4 can be position perfectly vertical, but I have it tilted at a nice angle so I can see the screen while sitting down. There's plenty of clearance on the bottom for the 1/4" cables I have plugged into it, but if I need more room, the center post telescopes a bit.I wouldn't put a heavy camera on this because it's probably 95% plastic, and it's really featherweight, so I wouldn't put it in a high traffic area either, but it'll work fine for some situations. :)
