I guess the best measure is that I passed the tests and have been offered the job. Clearly you need to work at it but the book provides a shortcut and practice can make a real difference

The book is really basic and thinly covers most types of psychometric tests but does not cover any of them thoroughly enough.Lots of basic English language stuff. These tests themselves are much easier than real ones.
