Be sure the one piece is right side up
My 15 year old camper toilet had not been holding water in the bowl for about a year. So when the spring cartridge went bad I decided to also replace the seal. One of the 2 pieces has a "this side up" marking on it. Be sure to take note of this when installing. I read several bad reviews of this seal i.e. torn seal, and can only imagine the only possible reason is that this seal was not installed correctly. Just to be sure I put a little silicone grease on it when installing. Works perfect now.

It works
Last year I purchased a Dominic seal to replace a leaking seal on my vacuflush system. After replacing the seal it still leaked. So I replaced the ball valve thinking that might be the problem. It still leaked. I took a chance and ordered this seal and it works perfectly. After 30 years of boating and only buying original equipment replacement parts, I may need to reconsider.

Stopprd the water drain
Camper would not hold water. It would leak through after a few hours. These were esy to install and after installing , the water will hold over night.
