Don't rely on just heating and stretching to where you need it and call it a day. Your goal is to manipulate the vinyl so that it essentially shrinks back into the object your wrapping.. hugging it. When you're approaching the edge you need wrapped, apply your heat, grab the entire corner and stretch beyond where you need it. Once the edge has been covered, tuck under if possible, then apply heat again with the vinyl still stretched around the edge. You'll notice that it shrinks back and hugs your edge tightly. Trim off excess as necessary and don't forget about your post heating. **Q: I know the Adhesive is activated with a heat gun, can a hair dryer work?** A: The heat DOES in fact activate the adhesive.
