Hand X Band (Light Resistance)

Love product,medium strength ones have broke 2 times tho.

I liked it as it worked the muscles in my forearm but it broke during the 2nd time I used it and so I returned it.

Very pleased with this product. Last few years I've been office bound and had found I was having gripping difficulties while splitting wood. Was having trouble opening my hand after working for a while. Purchased the X-band (light and medium strength) had have found it made a world of difference in only a few weeks of use. Originally purchased the medium and found I could barely open my had without assistance. Purchased the light weight one and it was a better fit. After using the light one for a few weeks, I was able to use the medium weight band well. One additional pointer I've found... If you find the band you purchased difficult to use at first, you can slide it further down you finger to lighten the resistance as well. Sounds simple, but it took me a few used before it dawned on me...

I wanted to strengthen my fingers in preparation for learning/practicing handstands. I found this band to be very helpful for my desk job, too! This is a very sturdy, pliable band and is easy to clean if it gets dirty. It's pretty simple to use and is effective for targeting fingers, the wrist and forearms.

Bought this for my husband to help strengthen his grip and relieve elbow pain (as recommended by a mountain climber...it's supposed to get rid of tendinitis). However, this medium strength band ripped after a few days of use. He ordered the heavy strength and has had no problems with it. He uses it a few times a day and now has no tendinitis! Easy, inexpensive fix to problem.

I give the Hand X Band 5 stars for its relative effectiveness for finger extensions and overall value for the price; however, I'm not sure how this compares to the most difficult of the IronMind Expand-Your-Hand Bands, but I imagine it is easier to keep on your fingertips than trying to balance big rubber bands on them.I would recommend these to anyone who is looking to increase their hand strength as well as relieve pain from the overuse of gripping muscles.

Loved it while it lasted. Broke after a dozen or so uses. Waste of money. Wonder if there's a warranty?

Has been working great. I use this once every couple of weeks multiple times on each hand and haven’t had any issues. I’ve noticed less elbow pain since starting these.
