I like that it has just supplement I was looking for. I have no problem swallowing the pill. I used it for what the name says; to boost and support my immune system.

The pills are thick, round and have sharp edges. The directions call for two tablets daily; I only take one because of the challenging size. The combination of vitamins and herbs does seem to help me be healthier.

My family and I love these! I love that we get Zinc, Vit C & Vit D all in one tablet. Much more economical than buying these vitamins separately.

Great vegan supplement

I chose this product for the amounts of each vitamin needed to boost immunity. I was buying each ingredient and this all in one is much cheaper and I feel is doing what it should.

I ordered these and all four are expired ! Even worse no option to return !!Very upsetting

Aside from being bigger than my other vitamins, this has everything that I was looking for as a supplement

At first, I found them a little difficult to swallow. But I got used to it now.
