the chair was perfect when i first got it. had a headrest and a footrest but a while after the wheels started to act up and when rolling forward it would take you to the sides lol. worth the price as it still serves its purpose and is comfortable

While the chair looks sleek and stylish, it falls short in terms of sturdiness and longevity.The most glaring issue I encountered with this gaming chair is its fragility. Within just a few weeks of use, I noticed signs of wear and tear. The armrests felt wobbly, and the backrest began to tilt at odd angles. The plastic components seemed cheap and flimsy, making me question the overall build quality.The chair's construction is not as robust as advertised, and I am quite disappointed by its vulnerability to damage. I treat my gaming equipment with care, yet this chair couldn't withstand even everyday use. For the price I paid, I expected a product that could handle the rigors of extended gaming sessions.Another concern is the lack of customer support and warranty coverage. When I reached out to customer service about the issues I faced, I received vague responses and was told that the warranty does not cover the problems I encountered. This only added to my frustration as a loyal customer.On the bright side, the chair was initially comfortable, and the ergonomic features were decent, providing good support for my back during shorter sessions. However, the overall durability overshadows any positives, making it difficult to recommend this gaming chair to others.In conclusion, while this gaming chair may seem appealing on the surface, its fragility that makes it an unreliable investment. If you're looking for a gaming chair that can withstand the test of time, I suggest exploring other options that prioritize durability and customer satisfaction.

Overall good value for money. Comfortable chair with multiple recline options, however one wheel broke after a couple of months.

Very good chair for the price. All pieces were included, nothing missing. Detailed illustrated assembly manual also, in English, with tools. Fixed it in 10 minutes.

The quality of this chair is not great as a large fat man like me I recommend you look elsewhere this chair is not for quality.The footrest included is manual, meaning you will have to pull it up and rest on it every time.There is a stopper that is only being held by 1 loose screw, and there should be 2 or at least a better design for the stopper.The quality of this chair is not great, and it is a very light-weighted chair. This does not seem like for heavy people, even if it can handle 230 kg, but the structure and the quality do not seem to help me keep having this chair.This is great for cost-effectiveness for children's wannabe gamer chairs, and it seems to me it can last a long time for people under 100KG. It did handle me as 143~KG, but I do not recommend it if you are in that range.This should be marketed to kids rather than adults because it will work for them or early teenagers under 100 KG or less.My recommendation, in general, look elsewhere but if you want it for your kids, go with this one.
