Lepa G650-MAS 650W 80plus Gold Certified ATX 12V Modular Single Rail 54A Power Supply

I have this powering a 3770k, Asus RoG mobo and a HD7950, all custom water-cooled and it does the job really well. I upgraded from a TX750 bronze psu which, although being very solid, was getting old (4 years). I thought I'd use a gold psu as I have my pc on 24/7, and the meager increase in efficiency was worth it. This has very good reviews on some sites and enthusiast forums, and is one of the best bang-for-the-buck gold rated models out there. For me it was a toss-up between this and the Rosewill capstone, but when the price dipped to around $80 I chose the Lepa.The psu is very quiet and even under load, the fan is silent. The modular cables is quite an upgrade from my previous TX750, and just free up a lot of space inside the case, improving airflow. The black flat cables are very easy to fold or clamp to shorten the run or tuck away, and looks really well without sleeving. The 24-pin and ATX 8-pin cables are sleeved with traditional PET material and looks clean, but I might mod it to have better looks. The psu case looks like it has a somewhat crinkled finish which would be a pain to clean, but touching it, the surface is smooth and looks great.Overall, this PSU is excellent value and I would recommend it to anyone due for a PSU upgrade, or just want to save a bit of cash on energy bills.

This is a great power supply but it is overpriced at the moment, i got it before amazon raised the price from $90 and at that price it was a steal!
