Excellent massager , using it over a period of two weeks and then you start to see things happening, the pain will get better and better until you get to the 3rd week and the pain will start to diminish, of course all this depend on the cause of the pain, if it is muscular or mild arthritis this machine will do the job, it is a bit on the heavy side but to me this is an advantage and it shows how well built this machine is, I highly recommend this massager and it is excellent value for money.

This is a cracking and easy to use product... It creaks if you squeeze it (but for the price, what do you expect?) And it is a bit top heavy so holding it in some positions is uncomfortable. But it's dirt cheap and works as expected. Turning it up shows that this is a powerful beast. Not checked the heating capabilities.

Pro Seems to be a great hand massager and does what it says on the tin. I like the infrared heat setting and it works well in conjuction with the massage. It works well on all the muscle groups of the legs especially after excercise and is great for getting the knots from your back.Cons. Nothing major but it is slightly heavy but not too bad. The buttons are easy to press accidently and change the settings whilst in use.However it would have been great if it came on how to actually use the item correctly e.g. which mode /setting / or additional head is best for which area.

Good warm and not too noisy

Pros:- Does the job of relieving knots in shoulder blades as well as sore leg muscles.- the long handle makes it easy to reach down my backCons:- heat function doesn’t work well as it barely luke warm.- it's a heavy piece of machine to use for long as my arms get sore holding it up.

Bought this for my son who experiences tics in his shoulders and neck. He finds it easy to use and really effective. The heat takes a while to come on and could do with being a bit warmer but otherwise this is a good gadget and excellent value for money.

This product is great for the price,different modes,speeds and heats up also. It comes with 2 extra massage heads. Brought it for muscle aches and pains ie: back,feet,legs but have used it for an all over body massage.It has helped relieve the aching muscles also very relaxings after a stressful day.

This is a very cost effective functional massage device. Most of these devices are cordless & I did not want a cordless device as eventually the batteries will no longer recharge. I am always close enough to an electrical outlet that was not an issue for me. I also did not need more than 1 head to the device as I have small trigger points that require intense pressure in a small localized area for relief; therefore, a single massage head best meets my needs. I have chronic spasms between my shoulder blades & this works well to ease the spasms. It is a little heavy but not so heavy that it is not manageable. The weight of the device actually negates having to press down on the device to work out the spasms. I had to use quite a bit of pressure to work out the trigger points with previous devices that required a great deal of pressure from my hands which became tiring & painful after a few minutes of use. The heat function works well. It is not hot like a heating pad but you can feel the heat. Intensity level #3 was sufficient for my needs but it does go to level 5 which is quite intense. I preferred the continuous pulse mode but it does have 2 other pulse modes. The #3 intensity & continuous pulse are the default modes so that makes it convenient for immediate use when initially turned on. All I have to do is press the heat mode if desired to start using the device. You do need to press the on button for the heat & to turn on the device for a longer interval to activate. The device is very easy to use. The 2 additional silicone heads work well for the bony areas (I am a small frame older female with little muscle mass in my upper body due to long-term shoulder problems from multiple bilateral shoulder & cervical surgeries) across my scapula & cervical areas. Overall this the best massage device for my needs of any I have tried & also one of the most cost effective which is always a bonus. I intend to order a second device in order to have one for use on the couch & one for use at night prior to sleep as that is when my spasms are normally the worst. Also I like this device so much that having a second device should ensure that I always have one in case of malfunction.

I was looking for a massager as a birthday gift for my wife and when I saw this Renpho model I looked at it more closely. We already own one of their Bluetooth bathroom scales and are very happy with its build quality, features, and how well it functions. We are equally impressed with this handheld massager.It has a solid feel and is comfortable to hold with enough mass to balance the pulsations yet not so heavy that it is a burden to use. It’s about 15 inches/38 cm end-to-end, more compact than the promotional image suggested to me but, in reality, it’s the perfect size for us to reach anywhere on our own backs.I really like the fact that the on/off button requires a long press… otherwise we might inadvertently switch off the massager while changing grip to reach a different location on our bodied. Clever!The massaging action is wonderfully penetrating and the different modes make quite a bit of difference in how the massage feels. Turning on the heat adds to the soothing effect.It comes with two accessory massage heads. One has a two prong design which we use to straddle the spine with really wonderful results. We use the other, which is like a multi-prong disk, for a more diffused sensation. The massager also has 5 intensity settling that combined with your 3 massage head options and 3 modes (steady vibrate plus 2 pulse modes) to allow you to tailor your massage.This massager gives great value for the money. We’re really pleased with the massages it gives and are glad we bought it.
