Goes on smooth, dries evenly, sands well but very strong durable product. So much better than what can be found at home improvement stores.

I thinned this with a bit of warm water and used it as a skim coat over textured ceilings. The product doesn't give you a perfectly flat finish when you trowel it on, but it left a lovely movement like plaster that I loved! I really liked that it is self-sealing so I didn't have to also paint after application.

This is a great product however it was received damaged the container was open and product dried out upon arrival. Also in the description it states 2 single gallons , this is one gallon. Item is non returnable.
