This set saved me so much money not having have to go to salons. Also, doing your nails at home makes you have everything clean, not worrying about sanitization and my nails under are still healthy. Just note that it is easier to apply dark colors than light - it is a paradox, but it works for me that way.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've now used this two times with beautiful results. Looks just like the salon! I'm so happy I purchased! I only polish my toes, and it has lasted a full month without a single chip both times! Incredible! I think it would easily last longer, but at that point they need to be trimmed! The kit is a great way to start because it has everything you need (except clippers), including easy to follow instructions. Just follow them, take your time, and apply thin coats. You can apply thicker coats of the polish and it will cure ok, but it will pool around the cuticle. It's very "liquidy" compared to regular polish. 3 super thin coats does great. Also, until you cure it with the light, gel polish can just be wiped off if you don't like how you applied it. As for time, it does take a little longer to apply than doing standard polish because there are extra steps and other layers to apply, but the dry time is super quick and no worries of ruining it once it's cured. The kit does come with small bottles of product, but you hardly use any for each application. Some reviewers suggested buying products individually would be more cost-effective, but I'm glad I didn't. This is a great started kit, and there's a lot of value in one stop shopping. The light is small, but I can get all five toes in. I just move slow and don't use toe separators. One thing to note is the color. I also did not receive the color that was listed, which I expected based on other reviews, but for me that was good. The listing showed a pale pink, but I received a hot/sparkly pink, which is a much better tone for me. I would consider the color a mystery, and be prepared to buy a different one if you don't like what you get. I purchased with that in mind and still would have thought it was worth it even if I hadn't like the color that came with it.

the uv lamp is small, best to do fingers then thumb, but I did them all together.. works great. I did run it 4 cycles per coat to Make sure it dried properly. but overall it works great. the products it comes with are great as well. the base applies smoothly, the top coat is very shiny and the tools do their thing. great product overall..I also do my own dip nails and found this process easier.

Great product. It is super easy to get your nails done with this kit. It comes with everything you need. By reading the instructions and watching some YouTube tutorials I was all set. I love how the light has an automatic timer so I don’t have to worry about timing myself when curating each coat. Definitely will recommend to my friends.

one of the prep polishes in this kit came opened and had spilled all in the box, can I get a replacement or refund

Have no videos or photos unfortunately, structure and brilliance not cool enough as keeps on my nails less than 2 weeks. It is good for beginners like me as it’s not so pricy.

Received as a Christmas gift for the purpose of decreasing trips to the nail salon. First time was a bit time consuming, but still ended up with a salon- quality manicure. Product met expectations. Can't wait to add more nail colors to my new collection.

My girlfriend has small hands as it is but still couldn’t fit all five fingers under the lamp. So instead of having to do multiple treatments per hand we are just sending it back :(

I bought this one because I liked the idea of having a complete set, but found a couple of issues with it:- The bottles included are tiny and are not much different to those of other brands out there which come at half the price.- The nail polish included was of a different colour than on the photo which was a shame, because it is bright red and I would not want to wear it.- The lamp is actually really small, which meant that when I tried to put my hand under it, I hit the back with my nails before having my 4 fingers "covered".- There are only 3 leds in the top and none on the sides and so you only get light from above, which can impact the success of the curing process. If one of your fingers is slightly angled, it might not get as much light, which is not ideal.In short: it works but I think there are better ones available for less. I ended up buying the lamp, polishes, etc. separately for less money. (Bella lamp, perfect summer nail polish, mylee set & buffer)

The gel lifts very quickly and it’s very glupey and sticky eg old and out of date. So I suspect this is an old stock item hence good price. I’ve had this kit before and RC products and they’re usually better than this.

So easy to use following the step by step instructions. Highly recommend and saves a fortune on having my nails done. Product is strong and long lasting. Colors are limited in my view but I simply paint over with nail varnish.

Bought this as a starter kit for my daughter as she loves having her nails done but struggled to get to a salon regularly. It’s been perfect for her. The only criticism is that the lamp is small and she has to do her nails in stages. Toes are a real difficulty.

After spending some time researching gel manicure kits I chose the Red Carpet Manicure Gel Polish Pro Kit.. It's a great product. Easy to use and the product lasts. I would recommend you follow the included instructions to ensure your manicure lasts. I was pleased with the colour that was included in the set.
