Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Arnold Iron Pump Supplement, Pineapple Mango, 6.35oz

I wanted to try something new for a pre-workout. I love MP products. I was told this was the best flavor, I am glad I listened, it isn't the greatest taste but pretty good. I can only imagine what the other flavors are like if the majority of reviews stated not good. I have liked the energy and focus it gave me in my workout. It felt natural, not all the tingles and itches but a definite adrenaline. I have had some great workouts with this product and my muscles felt great and responded well. Got a huge pump!

I used to take VPX Friction as my pre-workout. While it worked great, it always gave me an extremely rapid heart rate and extreme hyperness. The lemonade version was also very bitter tasting. Iron Pump gives me a more focused workout without the hyperness. The taste of the pineapple mango version is very smooth and mixes easily in 8oz of water. The entire experience while on Iron Pump can simply be described as smooth and exhilarating.I have no complaints and will continue to use Iron Pump for a very long time. It goes down smooth and gives me great focus and controlled and consistent energy for a solid workout without the unnecessary rapid heart rate and shakes. A great product and a great flavor.

The product arrived promptly and was unopened. All seemed normal, but when i opened it, the powder had become caked. It had the desicant (however you spell that) pack in it too. It must have been some really old product sitting on the back of their shelves or someone picked it up off the ground because it rolled underneath a shelf. I dont know. It still mixes and works like fresh stuff though. I just have to chop at it to break it up. Not usually the stuff I buy to do that.

Great stuff. Gives me just enough boost I need before a workout. Doesn't give me jitters or make me shake, but I definitely feel a tingle which makes me know its working :) D

I am giving this Iron Pump 1 star review, simply because the product arrived not as a powder, but as 1 "chewy" textured (no I did not chew on it) chunk, I was able to break it up a little by hand. This puzzles me, as the desiccate packet was included and the container was sealed. The product is fairly close to the expiration date of 3/16 and may have had something to do with it. I'm contemplating digging the stuff out and putting it into my food processor to see if that "powderizes" it.This is the first time I've ordered Iron Pump, but haven't had any issues at all with my other Arnold Schwarzenegger Series orders.

This stuff is totally disgusting. I had to hold my nose to drink this stuff. When I didn't I was gagging trying to chug it down. It's not my first supplement by any means, but this one will be my last. After I tried it for a week, I threw it away! There's other pre-workout supplements out there, I suggest looking for one you can actually get down.....

taste ok, it says pinapple mango, I cant really tell what the flavor is, it is really sweet. Pinch the nose and throw it back!

Good energy first few timesIt was tough on the stomach wouldn't recommend doing heavy legs first day with this product

great product does work for a short period of time doesn't keep me up does have a crush soo I can sleep over all good product
