Like for a small artificial pond?** A: Dear Customer, Yes ,this strip could completely used in water . But the waterproof measures should be done well . And there are some others need to be paid more attention. 1.If the strip used in underwater , the power supply should be DC24V and waterproof . 2. The wiring of the strip and power supply is recommended to be soldered or wrapped with waterproof tape tightly. 3. If you need cut the strip , please cut it among the scissors of the strip so the remaining strips will not be damaged . And we suggested that connecting the 2 led strips by soldering measures. 4. When soldering the strip, it is necessary to peel off the silicone gel of tne cutting part in advance. And the end of strip connected with the glue and plug which in the package . At constant power of 24V these exceeded my adjustable power supply which maxes out at 150W. At constant current of 6A these require 14V (84A), any less current and they start flashing.
