Kulanz durch aGOra-ecommerce
Nach vier Monaten war das Magnetventil des gekauften Schlauches kaputt. Somit war der Schlauch wegen eines 20Cent-Bauteils nicht mehr brauchbar. So etwas muss nicht sein. Stichwort: Umweltverbrauch! Der Händler hat mir allerdings dann rasch und ohne Theater einen Ersatzschlauch geschickt. Sehr löblich. Mein Dank gilt aGOra-ecommerce. Vielleicht kann der Händler Einfluss auf die Bauteilequalität nehmen? Das wäre schön.
