Vibration Plate Exercise Machine – Belmint Lymphatic Drainage Machine – 2 Resistance Bands and Fitness Workout Instructions – Equipment Improves Circulation & Strength

This machine is a lot heavier than it looks! It was tiring to carry up stairs but still doable alone. I'm terms of getting it started it's really simple. You can just plug it in and use it immediately. But I had to read the manual to figure out all the different programs that it offers. It has 5 programs that rotates through different vibration speeds. Once you stop using it, it goes to sleep which is great for power saving. The remote is pretty good. It needs 2 AAA batteries which is not included. And you need to point the remote to the machine to use it. In terms of vibrations, it works really well. You can use it for up to 20 minutes at a time and the default is 10 minutes. It doesn't make me feel too tired afterwards but after using it for long periods of time, my feet feel a little numb and tingly similar to after a long run. All in all it does what it's supposed to do and no problems so far! Been using it for a few days now! Also it was delivered on time, 2 days after ordering!

The Belmint Vibration plate is fabulous! The size is perfect for a small space and the price point is optimal. I had purchased a different brand for a vibration plate for my small condo in NY. And truthfully, it was too large for my small space. My eighty year old father suffered from acute congestive heart failure in January of 2022. I asked his nurse if the Belmint Vibration Plate could be used with his pace maker and she gave me the ok. I purchased the Belmint for his use and mine. I have used the Belmint a minimum of three times a week, since its arrival. The metal loop for one of the exercise bands did break after three uses. However, Belmint Customer Service was excellent. They sent me a replacement pair of bands, so I did not have to return the entire vibration plate. I am extremely happy with this purchase and the programming features. I have since shown the vibration plate to my mom, her friend and my mom's neighbor. Thank you for making this product affordable! FYI. The size of this vibration plate fits underneath his walker!

I was inspired to purchase one of these whole body vibration (WBV) machines after reading about their benefits from JJ Smith's new book "The 14- day New Keto Cleanse," and I am very happy with this purchase. It is sturdy, powerful, easy to use, effective and easy to move around from room to room. I'm very grateful to JJ Smith for highlighting WBV machines in her new book and detailing their uses and the different types on the market. I've used a WBV machine in my doctor's office before, but I didn't know that they're available for household uses until reading JJ Smith's book. I can attest that this particular one is worth every penny. I've been using it daily since receiving it a few days ago. Great buy!

I have been experiencing issues with my lower legs and purchased this in hopes of increasing stimulation to exercise some muscles and promote blood circulation. I'm still in the 'learning' stages but feel there has definitely been some improvement. It is still too early to draw conclusions but the signs and signals point to improvement where other attempts with other items (TENS UNIT) didn't produce any discernible results. My insurance company pays for any out-of-pocket expenses for exercise programs and equipment so I submitted this purchase and they reimbursed me for this unit. My legs had developed 'red blotches and discoloration which seems to be going away. Time will tell. Meanwhile, I am pleased with the results I've seen so far.

I bought this not expecting much from it since it was less than $100 but from the first night I used it, I knew it was doing something internally. I could feel circulation in my legs and I slept better. My husband tried it and within a few minutes had to stop because he had an intense itching from what I guess was his poor circulation starting to work. He has been able to get on and stay on a little bit longer each time and said he also can feels the circulation in his legs. The biggest surprise was after using 3 times a week for a month, I can’t find the cellulite on my legs. I have had it for years and I haven’t changed anything with my exercise routine except adding this vibration plate to the mix. I am very happy with it and will continue to use it.

Really well made, solid, easy to use and set up, quiet. I wanted this because I sit all day at work and come home to sit once more to complete class assignments. More sitting than I prefer but this is very helpful to get the blood flowing in a short amount of time. The vibration is more than sufficient to get circulation going but not so much that it gives you baby shaken syndrome lol. Looking forward to better lymphatic flow. Will be using a lymph drainage tonic to assist in removing what this thing stirs up and shakes loose. Don't want lymph garbage floating around your blood stream with no support to discharge.

This machine is powerful and much to my surprise relieves stress on the lower back which alone makes it worth it. It is incredible for circulation but not recommend for people with certain health issues such as heart problems or high blood pressure because the vibrations are strong. I stand on it and sometimes use it while sitting at my desk when I don't have time to take a walk. The blue tooth is handy and sounds good. I don't use the resistance bands, they don't have much resistance but overall I love this machine and would definitely recommend it to those in good enough health to use it.

Strong vibrations. Auto shut off. Remote works while I have the board under my desk. Can quickly shut off if a call comes in. Was surprised by how strong it is. Like the suction cups and the resistance bands.Hope it lasts and make a difference. Standing on it feels really great on your whole body. My husband loved it too.

Surprisingly quiet, I was expecting it to be quite loud and it's not. The 10 minute programs are fun and really easy. Gave 2 stars on the pain relief section because I'm not using it for pain so I can't really speak to that. Only negative I can report is you get SO ITCHY while using it! The itchiness subsides within a minute of stopping but that's certainly not a product defect by any means. Just an FYI lol. It's relatively small and tucks away nicely. Highly recommend.

I love it. My sister borrowed my first one and loved it so much made me order her one too. I love playing my playlist from the unit and dont have to get off to change anything i can do it while standing using the remote. Definitely value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use, low noise and sturdy product.Good to relax muscles after the workout. It will not tone your muscles or help losing weight, but sure helps recovery and will improve your sleep comfort (less sore muscles)!
