This pan is the best one out there. It is sturdy and surprisingly thicker than I thought it would be. It is a heavy duty pan. If you are baking for the first time or if you are a professional baker, this is best pan you can get! I love it!

Enamorada de estos moldes.Honestamente me sorprendieron por su calidad. Ya he horneado un par de veces en ellos y en serio no se pegan los panes. Cuando menos no ha sido necesario enharinarlos.

I am amazed how these just popped out into my hand as I inverted the cake pan. Every crumb came out, the cake was perfectly intact and beautifully browned.My cake pans were a warehouse purchase in “acceptable” condition. I see a tiny dent that will not effect cake shape or longevity at all.I love this brand! I fell in love with a muffin pan. My second purchase was the Pullman loaf pan, which I highly recommend. After this experience with the cake pan, I have now purchased two 9x13” with lids and a pie pan which are on their way to me. Next on my list will be the loaf pans! I think I’ll donate my Pyrex...They are a bit higher maintenance, in that they require hand washing and no metal utensils. However, washing up was a breeze with no food stuck in it.

My first trial a pan pizza. I baked in my Cuisinart Chef convection oven, so reduced the temp by 25° and the usual bake time by 7-8 minutes knowing how well USA Pans conduct even heat and browning. Perfect estimate as pizza nicely done top and bottom with no burnt spots or dark crispy cheese. Bonus no sticking and pan virtually clean, impressive. Fast wash with bit soap, rinse put in dish rack to dry. No muss fuss soaking or scrubbing yippee.This pan handy multi use for me be just right size for main dishes, side dish, cornbread / bread, roasting and of course desserts / cakes too.Considering another round but unsure what size I want.... perhaps 6" or 10" in case want a layer cake. Or both lol. USA Pans are such great quality bang for your bucks that cook / baking are fun again. Results awesome since bake so nicely with far less effort. No ruined batches or sticky burnt on messes to clean up.Of course common sense, there is bit of learning curve at first to know exactly what temps & baking times best for YOUR oven. Same goes whenever us baker's try out a new recipe the 1st time... Make any adjustments / improvements to personal liking as needed - ✔ and noted for next time. And yes, you can grease the pans if necessary for a given recipe. Remember to use oil or butter and NOT the cooking sprays though since spray will damage the non-stick coating.

USA pans are great. There is no sticking and very easy to clean. Ovens differ. Used a lower temperature and time and cake came out perfect.

These cake pans are supreme quality, not flimsy like so many of our imported products and they bake perfectly. I'd highly recommend these pans to anyone wanting superior quality and excellent results
