Buy one size bigger than usual.
I am a slim 8/10 so ordered a medium, which only just fits, if i stretch my arms put the sleeves are above my wrists. Definitely is not as baggy as in the pictures, the model must be wearing at least an XL for it to be that baggy. Wishing id bought a larger size but no time for exchange now its nearly xmas and it took its time to get here! Otherwise is a nice jumper.

Not returnable
The product is described as a cotton mix sweatshirt. The cotton content must be in the thread holding it together. It is nicely finished but personally, the nylon fabric irritates my skin. The lining is fluffy and the design on the front is bright and cheerful and appears to be stuck on well. I am usually a size 12-14 so I chose an XL as previously I have found Asian designs to have very slim sleeves. On this top the sleeves are baggy and long and overall it is too large for me. The fabric holds its shape rather than drapes so doesn't flatter me, maybe a machine wash with lots of softener will help? I requested a return and have been offered a 30% refund instead.

If I could’ve given this product 0 stars I would’ve. Do not be fooled by the picture, the product does not resemble what you see. The print itself is fine, the material is awful and looks like it would catch fire, very cheap and nasty, the neck is so wide, the shape is terrible and to top it off they don’t give refunds. When I contacted them they said as they were a small business all they could offer is 30% of what I paid as a refund. Do not be fooled by the picture it looks nothing like it.

Not even worth a star!!!!This purchase was HORRID! Don't waste your money. Fabric is cheap, cheap, cheap! Its badly made and looks like a box. The Christmas design is a plastic transfer, and again very cheap looking.VERY DISAPPOINTED.Just tried to return this item....they offered me a 30% discount. Then suggested I give the item to a friend. I WON'T INSULT MY FRIENDS THAT WAY!Again I say, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If you order you need to order about 4 sizes bigger then your size
Ordered large as I’m 14 to 16 cant even get it over my shoulders its about size 10 was going to wear it Christmas Day to cheer myself up

You get what you didn’t pay for
It is on the small side and the emblem is printed on. Not what I expected. If you still want it, I’d suggest at least 1 size up. Ps it’s short in the body too

Not as expected. Disappointed with fit and fabric. Does not fit as pictured, length too short.
