Smaller than expected; irony of portioning
Not as big as I assumed but maybe that's why I need to start portioning. Really cute how they all can fold into each other. Bought when there was a sale and glad I snagged them!

Simple Yet Effective
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. What a great neat system to help you lose weight. I like these because now I know how much food I can actually eat in a day. Each container is the amount of each type of food that I can eat. I can add anything I want as long as it goes with the food group related to the color of the container. The included chart helps you understand what types of foods are meant to go in each colored container. It's a simply plan, it is helping me stay on track so far with my dieting. Sometimes simple solutions work the best and this is one that is working for me so far. They containers are made from BPA plastic. The lids are easy to snap on and off. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they are not water proof. Liquid will spill out of them But then they are not meant for long term storage or for liquids. They are meant for the food your going to eat that day and they work perfectly for that reason. I received these at a discount in exchange for my review. It in no way affected my opinion of the product..
