Will it hold a Mohave 12x50 binocular?

This is awesome! Well worth the money especially if your going to be out all day, hunting ruff terrain or on a multi day trip and not wanting the extra weight hanging from your neck. 12×50 might be a little big for it. I use 8×42 and 10×42 Leupold and they fit nicely with minimal room to spare.

Does this include the strap or just the case?

It includes the case and strap. I've ordered 2, one for me, one for the wife.

Will BX-3, 10x50, fit?

I’m using leupold bx3, 10x42 with lots of room. I’d guess 50’s would fit

Will this harness work with the case that came with my BX4's?

No it won't. The case is slightly different. This go afield kit comes with the case permanently attached to the harness.
