I received this item completely packed. It was not same soft like memory pillow. I thought the softness same with memory pillow that I have at home. But still I will highly recommend.

While the product itself seems nice, it arrived in a poorly conditioned plastic wrap, and it seemed like it was used before!Even if this was not the case, it's not nice to receive something that goes into your bed, that was so poorly packaged that it could have picked up dust, oil, pests and etc.Additionally to this, other people mentioned that they received it ROLLED into a plastic wrap and they had to leave it outside until it returns to its original shape. Makes me wonder why mine was not rolled, and already had its final shape and size...Inside the main plastic bag there was a smaller one (which I can only assume that was the original package where it should have been rolled in), and a completely unrelated cloth (like the ones you use for cleaning your phone).

I have sinus issues and was advised to sleep propped up high on pillows. I tried the wedge and liked it! It forms a gentle slope that supports the entire upper body - I wasn't able to get the same effect by piling on regular pillows. It also provides comfortable yet firm back support when I'm sitting up and reading in bed. It works for me, but some find it uncomfortably firm.I gave it 4 stars because I feel the washable cover has room for improvement. The fabric snags very easily and may not last many washes. It should have been made of tougher material.Other factors to consider: pillow is heavy (3kgs) and takes up a lot of space.

This was a perfect option for me. Highly recommended for those recovering at home after a Surgery. I found it very comfortable and helpful to use this wedge pillow.
