One huge important difference. The handle yoke. The old yoke is the reason I had to get a new wagon. It was poorly designed, cheaply made, and failed after a few years of use. This wagon however has a much improved design, is made of much heavier material and may actually outlast the rest of the wagon. I would have loved to have puncture proof, solid tires, but other than that I can think of nothing else that could improve this item. Very happy with my purchase! Oh, and yes, it was easy to assemble, great size, and love the many ways I can use it around our very large yard.
