Baseball's Greatest Games: Collector's Edition [DVD]

The best 10 games of the history. Maybe they had left 3 or four important games but which you let out of those games? Maybe the Ozzie's shot in 1985 or the 1979 Wrigley slugfest. 3 or four games to add, obviously (and added but buy separetly) the 6th game of the 2011 World Series. Maybe Game 7 of the 2001 World Series. But Who cares? The colection is nice. My favorite game of all is 1991 World Series game 7. AWESOME!!! really good game.Excellent item, and, for me, MLB have to sell one similar colection with the last 10 perfect games. Obviously I wish all of them but the first 4 or 5 dont have on video, but is could be increidible!

I just watched the first game of the set, the seventh game of the 1960 WS between Pittsburgh and New-York.The picture is surprisingly good. We get the ENTIRE GAME, without any editing. Absolutly awesome!It was a real joy to watch a young Roberto Clemente, Mickey Mantle, Bob Friend, Bobby Shantz, Dick Groat and so on.I just can't wait to see the other games.I hope MLB will some day release older games like some Philadelphia A's World Series contest from the 1910's or late 20's.I'm really thankful for the opportunity.

I am a baseball coach at a Junior College and we watch one of these games in the dorms every Friday night and the guys are really enjoying it and I am enjoying the opportunity to teach them about the game that we love. I would love to see a second addition of this set with more classic games. The guys are itching to watch 1988 WS GM1, 2001 WS GM&7 and others.

This was given to a real fan. He loves it. If you love the game and not just a team it is a good choice

As a fairly new convert to the Joys of Baseball (being from the UK) I found this the ideal way to get a feel for the history of the game. If you like Baseball you will like this.

These really are great baseball games. If you really want to go back and watch the classics, then you should buy this.
