Bought this for my wife. She is 5'4" and the bike adjusts small enough for her to ride comfortably. Foldable, so it fits easily in the mini-van; no bike rack required. Also, sturdy enough to ride hilly trails or just cruise the beach. Tires are wide enough to take on all terrains. Very well made and easily assembled out-of-the box. Just need to install the front tire, fendor, and rear view mirror. I would advise to take it to a bike shop to adjust the brakes. I would do this for any bike. Worth the effort to make sure it's safe to ride. This is not a toy. Surprising amount of power, even on Level 1 peddle-assist mode. Kudos to the company for quick shipment. I ordered it a week before Christmas and it showed up in 3-days, even though the Amazon delivery date showed the 28th. It was a replacement for a different bike I purchased that turned out to be too big for her. This one fit just right.

Best purchase I've ever made. If you are even looking at this bike for fun… JUST DO IT!!!! I love that it folds up so I'm able to take it in my car. I added a kid seat to the back for my son which has created such fun memories with being able to go for long trips exploring anywhere we go. We camp a lot so I take my bike everywhere we go! It also saves me a lot of gas money these days I'm able zoom around town and take my kid to school and zoom out and miss all that hectic school traffic. Finally purchased my husband one from the same company. It has brought us more family fun then anything we have purchased in the past. Evening rides are a weekly thing in our home now. Battery life is really good. Very good quality and easy assembly. All around well-designed bike it's my favorite.Customer service has been great.10/10 recommend

This is our second Sohoo electric bike (male first, female second) . . . it was delivered a week after ordering, support by phone/text/email was very responsive, assembly was easy (they even provided a helpful video online), the ride is comfortable and powerful (the peddle-assist and throttle are both quick with lots of torque).We bought both of them for local riding plus camping trips (they will fold to fit in a bag, separately purchased), then fit in the back of our Fiat 500 (small car) that is pulled behind our 32' motor home. It is still winter here, but it rides great on snow, turns quickly, and has very good shifting (7 gears) and adjustable power (5 levels).They are well-made, strong protective components, best-ever kick-stand, and fully-adjustable seat and handlebars (we like the brakes and back package rack). Built-in front and taillights, beep horn, and left mirror are great pluses.AND, they are very attractive with excellent paint jobs. With all these excellent factors, the price is very affordable.

I sent this to my mother in Washington state for the hills that she has to ride up. (Even though she is up in age I thought it would help her out.) It was easy for her to assemble, she stated that at first the box was a little intimidating but after unpacking it was easy to assemble. She used to work in laity control; and was impressed with how good the packaging was for the shipment. She didn’t let my father help her put it together because she wanted to make sure she knew everything about her bike. The instructions were easy with pictures on what to do and the bike came with brake lights, head lights , a horn, and most importantly ( her words) the fenders to keep the mud off of her. She said that the screen that shows the battery level , distance and light indicator is easy to read. She loves her bike .She was impressed with the quality of the materials that were used and when she asked a question about hr battery the response from customer service was informative, friendly and quick. The company responded within 20 minutes.Thinking about buying one for my MIL/FIL.

I bought This bike and we put on 400 miles. This Sohoo bike really works great and the step through frame is a wonderful option.It folds down nicely for transportation and I would definitely recommend it to somebody else.

What a fun electric bike, I was riding it just 30 minutes after I received it from UPS in a box. I am roughly 300lbs and 6'2" so I was surprised when the full electric took over and pulled on me as if I was on a Moped, really puts a smile on your face when it peels away like that :). All in all I have nothing but pros to speak about, no cons yet, but I have had the bikes for about two days only (I got two). The range is amazing even for someone my size, as long as you are willing to pedal a few times you can get about 30 miles on it. Have not tested how much I get on just Electric yet. Only issue I have is that now everyone in my family wants one :) but that is a good thing.Minimal Assembly Required:Everything comes in one box, per-assembled. You just have to attach the front wheel and fender, all the necessary tools are included. Took me a total of 12 minutes to get them up and riding. The tires might need some more pressure as for shipping they are kept a bit lower than normal. The packaging was very well done and protects the bike from general shipping stress.
