As an English learner, I wanted to find something linked to my hobbies to learn English effectively. Whenever I write my journals in English I felt emotional so I bought this book. I haven't read it yet as it just arrived and I may not understand 100% what the author wanted to say but I will try to carefully read it.

A great idea and easily understood! works well for most ages.and you can photocopy the pages to use them over again legally! I would be happy to order others like this.

Very Helpful
The book allows you to face issues at your own pace and has you reflect on your writing as well as prepares you to continue writing and reflecting one you’ve finished the book. A great tool that allows you to consider your issues in a safe, private manner.

This book offers some useful exercises that clinicians can use during the clinical hour to learn more about a patient's frame of reference. Very useful!

Provides excellent tools
This book has been an excellent tool for me. I'm learning journal writing techniques/tools that help me process my emotions in healthy ways. Working through emotions is exhausting and it takes a long time, however, this book is very empowering.
