Not what I expected
This pan is not the quality I expected for the price. This didn’t have the clad stainless bottom I expected. You must cook on low heat only, you can not cook on medium heat so this pan only gets used to cook eggs. With this said, it is over priced for the product. I will not be purchasing another one.

I don't like it.
UPDATED REVIEW. I've downgraded it to 1 star.I'm sorely disappointed. I had previously bought a Green+Life 8" ceramic pan to test-drive this kind of coating. I LOVE that pan. I cook eggs and omelets in it nearly every day. NOTHING sticks to it. I bought the Nuwave pan because it has a stainless steel handle to sear fish on the cooktop, then finish in the oven. In my memory, Green+Life did not have such a pan available at the time. I bought the Nuwave pan on the strength of my experience with the Green+Life pan. I treat both pans kindly -- no quenching quench a hot pan with water; I let it cool to room temperature on the theory that the way to kill a ceramic pan's coating is to cool it too fast, creating micro-cracks in its surface. No abrasives or scrubbers. After the pan cools, I just wipe it clean with a paper towel. THAT'S IT!Other reviews said that the non-stick coating degrades. I didn't listen, and am paying the price. See the attached photos. The white one is the Green+Life pan. It looks and works the same as the day that I bought it. The copper-colored one is the Nuwave one. After a while, things began to stick to it. You will notice the discoloration, the same gummy burned oil coating that develops on the inside of a conventional pan that requires a Brillo pad and Ajax to get the pan clean. The Nuwave "non-stick" surface is really worse than Teflon in my opinion. For my money, I'm going back to Green+Life Gourmet pans, which are also oven-ready with stainless handles.

Best non-stick skillet ever
The best non-stick skillet ever! I purchase a much more expensive U.S. made high end non-stick skillet thinking it would be great because of the brand name and there is no comparison to Nuwave. I had heard that from a leading food author and host who researches cooking equipment it is better not to spend a lot of money for a non-stick skillet because you can buy 3 less expensive ones and replace when they get old. I just finished making dinner in it and the sauté vegetables and twice fried basmati rice and absolutely nothing stuck to the pan. Everything just rollsright out onto the platter. You will be amazed with this product. Absolutely great for eggs too! Wiping with a paper towel before washing makes the clean up easy. My husband is notorious for burning food in my cookware and this is the only pan he can use now without me spending forever scouring off the burnt food. All my friends and family are going to receive this for Christmas!🍴

Recommend Highly
These NuWave skillets are the best. I see so many reviews speaking to things sticking.....anyone using their heads will know that you will need to add just a bit (and I mean a tiny bit) of butter or oil when frying. These are the best nonstick skillets I have tried. They are an absolute breeze to clean up. I've been thru Teflon, then then the white ceramic, but haven't been really pleased until now. ALSO!! Please remember to get the NuWave Copper skillets and not just the other copper skillets for sale, for 2 reasons! First, because they can be used on the NuWave burners with the metal reinforcement on bottom, and then because of the reinforcement, they cook more evenly I feel, and are just that much more heavy duty over time.

Non-Stick but pan warps upward slightly at any temp on electric burner
Definitely the slipperiest coating of any saute pan I've ever used. The coating seems to be very hard and durable. It cleans up with ease. However, it is somewhat flimsy, not the heavy-duty construction advertised. The pan warps (raises up in the center) even at the lowest temperature setting on the electric stove top. The bottom of the pan raises up about 1/4" causing oil or liquid to pool around the edges of the pan - it doesn't lay flat. As a result it only makes contact with the burner around the edges, not at the center. As soon as the pan cools it returns to a flat bottom.

Great pan for the tofu king!
The commercials show burned eggs sliding off the pan. Phh -- that's kid's stuff. Around our house, I'm known as the tofu king. Unfortunately, our cast iron pans left behind 1/3 of my healthy and scrumptious tofu, requiring long soaks and lots of scraping afterward. Great for diets, not so great for cleaning up afterward. This Nuwave Perfect Green 12 inch pan cooks up my tofu scramble, and every other dish I make with it, with ease. Cleanup is a breeze. We occasionally have to soak some residue off the bottom, but then it wipes away with little effort.A close inspection shows no scratches after daily use for a month. I'm looking forward to using this pan for a good, long time to come -- maybe even as long as I hold the tofu king title.

It's beautiful, quality is good, price is right, if you use common sense.
Just what I wanted, a ceramic non-stick. It's beautiful, quality is superb, far as I can tell, and the cost is perfect. I have used it, nothing stuck, cleaned beautifully, and I plan to buy more. As a suggestion, try cooking at a lower heat with a light spray of coconut oil. Oils are good for you, and you can use whatever non stick substance you like, without abusing the purpose of the pan. High heat destroys nutrients and may overstep the ability of the appliance. I could make my omelets stick to the pan too, but why overheat the food and pan, expecting the food to bounce off unscathed.

Too shallow as a skillet but a good frying pan.
I purposely picked the one that says "skillet" because I didn't want a shallow frying pan. This is a frying pan. It's too shallow to sauté with lots of vegetables. But other than that, it's a top notch frying pan. Non stick, distribute heat evenly and cleaning is a breeze..
