I have requested to return this item on 06.02.2021 as Oximeter is not working you have advised that item will be picked up upto 15th February but no one has visited till now please look into the matter quickly and refund the money.Varun Kamal Nigam

I ordered this oxymeter for someone who needed it urgently. The oxymeter arrived damaged and is not working properly. Not only was it an internal error but the outside of the device was also damaged with the batteries were rusted. There is no return or exchange on the product. This is totally unacceptable, especially because the item is used for health purposes.

Product delivered is not prozo oximeter. Very cheap quality product supplied by seller.

There are 2 oxymeter models LK87 and LK88 (most probably made by the same Chinese factory) sold by most vendors. You never know what you're gonna get, it depends on seller and price. What I got was the cheaper LK87 with a flickery 7 segment digit display. I paid only 350 for it(from sri balaji fashion). The measurement for pulse rate has initial fluctuations, although SpO2 was more stable. Measurement seems slower than my relative's LK88, but it still does the job. LK88 has a full fledged flicker-free mini lcd screen, hence more expensive. There are also differences in position of red led and photosensor between two models, but measurements agree.

The product looked arrived with scratches on top and it looked like a used one. Product also wasn't working properly. There is no option to just return but left with option of only exchange with long wait. This is frustrating.. Not useful at all

Theres no return refund option. Only exchange available. I lost the tags so I couldn't exchange. The product is absolutely toy like. Please ignore. Do not buy
