As a natural black woman with 3b/c hair, with multiple curl patterns, I genuinely only like to wear my hair straight, which can cause a lot of heat damage. After debating cutting my hair from a messed up chemical curl process, I decided to try one last thing before giving up completely, and starting over with a brand new head of hair. My keratin hair journey began on May 11 of 2023 and as I sit here today after bleaching four pieces of my hair, I am the happiest I haven’t been with my natural hair. Over the past several months, my hair has been able to retain heat & a silk press for WEEKS. I am no longer at the mercy of my blowouts. I wash my hair when I want to! It has grown exponentially. I have less breakage than I did before. It’s smooth. It’s soft. I feel like my hair actually retains the oils I put in it now. As I said, I love my hair and blend so great with clipins, I wear wigs less and everyone loves my hair when I style it. This is great for people who love straight hair !!! I am three treatments in, I’m trying to tell you, this has been a game changer, and a money saver!!!!!!! I had to come back and leave a review because I am thoroughly satisfied with my hair health & I’m thankful for this product line!

My hair is quite curly and I bought this with the intention of at least making my hair less frizzy and maybe with a smaller curl pattern for a bit. This picture is after I used the product following all of the instructions in detail, then washed it after 6 days. I washed using the shampoo and conditioner that came with the product to make sure my shampoo wouldn't affect the final results. (There is a weird pattern because I braided it for a bit before I remembered to take this picture, but the curls and frizz are still visible regardless).It did not reduce frizz AT ALL and there is basically no change to my hair. It is still exactly as curly and frizzy. I have no idea how there can be good reviews if people received the same product as me.EDIT: I requested a refund and I got one, which I appreciate. While I will not get the time I wasted back and it made my hair more damaged than before, I still appreciate that the seller refunded me.

I like the results I get from using this smoothing kit. The directions are easy to follow and I can wash my hair the next day if need be from sweaty gym sessions after applying the kit versus others where you can't wash your hair for a few days so as not to ruin the results. The only downside is that if you have a lot of hair then you will need 2 kits to cover your entire hair. Now that I know it works for sure I will buy the larger bottle. The smell is actually nice and pleasant smelling without any of the chemicals smells.

The product works but the packaging is slipshod.My product arrived covered in all the argan oil from the single included pouch.A hot mess.

This is my first time using this product, I would not compare it to salon results - but it is also about $250 less. This has, however left my hair with an impossible to wash out stink that is driving me crazy! I will most likely not try this again because of the mediocre results and horrible long lasting smell. I have really long, curly/wavy semi coarse hair for reference. 1 kit was ample ingredients and I was able to do it myself with no help.

I was most impressed with this kit. I have shoulder length, relaxer-treated course hair, and at first thought the small keratin treatment bottle wouldn't be enough... BUT: not only was it exactly the right amount for my hair, but the results were SALON QUALITY!! Follow the instructions to the letter and you'll have as much success. With COVID, I just didn't feel like sitting in a salon for three hours with a darn mark on so I bought this DIY kit and it's the best $25 I ever spent!!! The end result certainly looked JUST LIKE when I get it done professionally, except I SAVED $75 :) and who doesn't like saving money right now more than ever!!!
