The camera is the worst at exposing the video. I'm always extremely dark. I've even purchased a desktop light to help with the illumination but it just reexposes to make me dark again. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!

Well made, great quality, great picture. Love the tripod. Manouevreable, easy to use. Perfect for live streaming. Only drawback is the cable could be a little longer. I have to use an extention cable to reach from the other side of my desk. Other than that it's a great product with a good price. Well worth it.

Good product for the price. Has a somewhat fancy finish. It is small and lightweight. Image quality is good, with a little bit of a fisheye effect.Works plug and Play with Ubuntu 18 and 19. Audio is average but still pretty good for the price.

This is an incredible camera for the price, or at any price for that matter. I'm doing art tutorials, and my Canon T3i DSLR was only videotaping in eleven-minute segments, which became a known issue with the unit over time. As DSLR cameras are so expensive, I couldn't buy another (it was too late to return mine) and so had to find another option. As things turned out, this is the better solution in doing face down tutorials. I purchased an inexpensive clamp arm to hold it, but you could use an ordinary tripod as well as this camera has the quarter-inch screw.My favorite feature of this camera is the clarity of the picture, and the autofocus is spot on. And of course it records directly into my laptop, no extra software required, which saves a step if I were recording with my DLSR.After much toil and trouble, I stumbled into the perfect set-up, for which I'm so grateful. To avoid shadows, I also purchased the Diva Light Ring, which is where I spent a little money, but it was well worth it.

Webcam arrived well packaged, with all needed accessories. It is solidly built and the materials used look good. I ran some tests using skype with the camera attached to the desktop monitor. The result was very decent - quality is adequate, sound is good - perhaps this is all anyone needs for zoom meeting, video calls etc. I like the little tripod - it could be useful if the camera appears too close to your face when attached to the monitor. It is excellent value for money.

works on Ubuntu indeed way better than other cheap alternatives; color balance is not always perfect, no apps to adjust it; no zoom, maybe too wide angle. It's ok otherwise.
