Hello Jason,These headphones are durable. In the U.S. they carry a one-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. We recommend that when not in use you store the headphones in their carrying case for their protection. Thank you for asking.

Thank you for asking Peter! The cable with inline microphone and three-button remote included with QC20 headphones is only designed for use with select Apple or Samsung devices. Other products may work perfectly or offer limited functionality; all devices will allow audio playback. Most new newer Android phones work flawlessly with the headset but it is not something that we have officially tested with other specific devices.

Q: what is the difference between the $299 version and the $249 version? the model number (20) appears to be the same.

I had the same question. It appears that the 299 dollar version has the inline call/mic device that the "i" version has always come with. In other words, the newer version allows samsung owners to take calls if their phone has that capability.
