It was not mentioned that the plug is from a different country. I’m struggling to find an adaptor now.

Power plug not compatible with UAE
I bought the product and kept it in its box until i delivered my baby. Didn't know that the power plug is not compatible with uae sockets. It should not be sold here if it's not designed for this market.

Wrong plug but great product
This product came with the wrong plug for Dubai, however my husband was able to change the plug which we bought from Home Smiths. Further great products to use for our twins

Should have a timer!
I am a philips brand fan, love all their products! Great quality but Wish there was a timer! Takes more than 3 mins to warm a bottle but does the job. Product designer should test these with mothers to know how much a timer is necessary and how forgetful we can get after putting up the bottle to warm up and juggle a crying baby on the other hand and handle 5 million other tasks at hand!
