I guess it suits those who prefer firmer pillows and short shoulder? It is hard to tell. Gotta try to know.

Review of the Novimed Cervical Memory Foam pillow
This pillow is really good for my neck. I am undergoing Ayurvedic treatment for my back and neck pain. I would recommend it for anyone having constant neck pain. But using this pillow or any other alone will not necessarily reduce neck pain. Treatment such as physiotherapy or others advised by Doctor is needed.

Great pillow!
I have no regrets in buying this pillow because personally I have no more headaches and neck pain every time i wake up. It is a bit pricey at first but its all worth it.
