Well, this design is both light and compact folded, we have a 12' ceiling and both wife and I love how easy it handles and how stable it is to work from. The finish it really nice and the ladder is tall but light to carry, better than the big box stored stocked. I give it five stars.

Solid footstool; feels very safe & sturdy. Looks nicer than the average if you’re looking for a classier ‘look’.

We wanted to replace the ladder that came with the camper for accessing the loft and bed on the happyjack. This ladder is lightweight folds easy and I love the wood grain look.

Strong and useful.

I was looking for a very tall step ladder that opened and folded fairly easily, is slim when folded, isn’t too heavy, and could help me (5’) reach almost to the ceiling - which is quite high in several of the rooms in my home. There is no assembly so that part is great. Unfortunately, the first one I ordered had a giant dent in the top handle. The wrapping was missing in that exact spot and the box looked as if it had previously been opened (which made me think it had already been returned once for the same reason, but that’s just a guess on my part). To be honest, based on reviews, I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect, but it was so smashed I returned it and requested a new one. The return process was amazing - it was picked up off of my porch for me which was fantastic because the box is quite large. The second ladder arrived and I unboxed it and it was in much better condition, however there are still some scratches and small dents. If you have read reviews you’ll see that is common. If you’re going to be using it fairly regularly, it will definitely get scratched and dented along the way. I went in knowing that it would probably have them on arrival, but also that since it dents and scratches so easily that I would cause some of my own damage (although this isn’t ideal, it is realistic). I decided it was in good enough shape and kept it. While I’m bummed knowing it will scratch and dent easily, I really enjoy it. Due to the scratching/dents I don’t think it would work well as a “display” ladder, but it’s excellent as an every day, extra tall step ladder. As long as you know when purchasing to pretty much expect at least some damage, you won’t be disappointed. It is still much prettier than any other step ladder of any size I’ve ever seen and overall I am very happy with my purchase!

Well made with large steps easy on the feet, ankles and knees. Folding and unfolding is not difficult but takes a couple of times to get it right. Light weight and narrow enough to get in tight spaces but still give adequate support. Very pleased.

I live in a unit with high ceilings and this is a very lightweight, easy to fold and store, and safe way to gain access to items that are high off the floor.

The only good thing about this ladder is …you can carry it with one hand. But I guess that’s why it’s cheaper than others!! DO NOT waste your time or money on this item! I’m ONLY a quarter of the maximum weight limit!! I got up to the third rung and three of the legs started bending in DIFFERENT directions! WTH!!! For fear of breaking my neck, I decided to abort my mission on this POS!!!!!!!!! Put it back in its box and started the return process to purchase a real ladder that will get the job done! In conclusion, you get what you pay for and if it seems like a low price… it’s because you’re paying for very LOW QUALITY materials! What a waste

This is a cheap, lightweight product. It came wrapped in plastic. When I unwrapped it there were several dents all over, which wasn't surprising given the low quality of the materials. Both "caps" at the top of a folding leg were loose/sticking up, as though not properly assembled or that it was so poorly designed they just didn't fit. Steps were dirty, so possibly just not a new product like I ordered? Returning as quickly as it arrived.
