Well made, my cat loves it. Especially like that the bed area and hammock area zip off for cleaning. It's a fun, cute and very well made item. Worth it for any cat lover.

The media could not be loaded.  My kitten quickly warmed up to her tunnel after encouraging her with some treats and toys. She loves it now. Other than the outer material getting pulled a little from her claws, I’d say it’s held up against her chaos pretty good! Especially the balls and ribbons. I didn’t buy this for durability, I just wanted something cute & fun. Easy to setup and keeps her entertained. I’m satisfied.

Cat approved and mom approved! Super cute, puts together super easy/ fast and seems pretty solid to me. The material is nice and the canopy seems to be hanging properly. Cats ran through it right away. Not sure if they will use the bed yet but that's OK. I love the color options they give you. The green one works perfectly with my zen/ Asian themed house.

One of the best toy product I purchased from Amazon. My kitten loves it,.. and we play "hunt" using it. The lounging area is very creative. Also, easy to keep in clean.

I cannot express how much my kitten absolutely loves this thing. The amount of running, diving, playing, and summersaulting into this has been not just entertaining but a life saver as it keeps him running wild even when /my/ energy levels are low.It's pretty durable. For as rough as he is on it the worst it's seen is a bit of fabric pilling from his claws. But otherwise its solid and it holds up!! We'll definitely be buying another when this one is through.

Came in a rather small package, which was convenient! Only thing I had to do was zip the bottom part on that connects the tunnel. pleasantly surprised with the high quality! The cushion is thick and the bottom has a gripper. The bells do actually ring and are different musical notes which is adorable. Colette is so happy. I am so happy. Worth every penny!

****Update***I reached out to Amazon to find out if this is how the item normally ships they didn't know the answer but got me in touch with the seller. I then asked the seller if what I received was normal and asked how the item is normally packed. The seller didn't answer the question about how it is normally packaged but said they had "checked the item and sent it in the bag". One thing I didn't do when checking it for previous use was give it a sniff test but noticed it smelt strongly of urine (1 day after receiving it) and shortly after noticing this I witnessed my litter trained kitten urinate on it. I'm worried I received a used item that had either been urinated on or smelt of another animal which caused my kitten to urinate on it (this is not something she has done before). I know kittens have accidents but am still feeling upset that I paid $40 for a possibly used item that has now turned into a bathroom spot.**update to the update**I put the entire unit through the washer on delicate cycle and air dryed it in an attempt to remove all scents and give my kittens another chance to enjoy this. But unfortunately they urinated on it again. I fully believe I received a used item so I washed it again and sent it back for a full refund. Very disappointing experience but I will say after going through those two wash and air dry cycles the item held up very nicely. I don't recommend this item but I also wouldn't advise against it. I'd like to urge anyone who receives their tunnel packaged like mine was to request a replacement and don't take the chance like I did.***************************************************I'm not sure if this it how they always ship or if I've received a returned unit. The bed/tunnel arrived fully assembled, was perfectly clean looking and free of hair but I have a strong fear of bedbugs so this was slightly worrisome.As others have said I really do wish the top fabric that goes over the bed was structured so that when the kittens jump on it it wouldn't collapse onto the bed. I'm going to try and add some paper towel rolls to see if I can help make it a little more sturdy.At first my kittens wanted nothing to do with this unit but are slowly warming up to it.Overall it was a nice purchase and is super cute but a bit costly for what you get. I will update my review after the kittens have had more time with it.
