UPDATE: I finally figured it out! The tension screw controlling the up down motion needs to turned (tightenned or loosened) forever to get to the right tension setting that works for the weight of your monitor. Just needed a bit of patience! And as another person here mentioned in his review, do not attempt to adjust the tensions until you have finished mounting it on the wall.I now have a fantastic monitor arm! :)I installed it successfully but cannot get it to go up down. The allen keys screw does not seem to be working... I mounted the camera and then tried turning the allen screw clockwise and anti-clockwise. No luck. Any ideas? I've posted a question as well

I was not sure what to expect after ordering another mount (at a higher price, from a different brand) that turned out be of low quality.I'm really satisfied with this one, the finishing is great. the mounting method for the monitor is also a plus point, especially if your Vesa mounting holes are 10 x 10 cm or 7.5 x 75 cm. Additionally, its not as heavy as other mounts, so the load on your wall is less. Finally, it only requires 2 bolts (big, healthy bolts) to attach to your wall ( which are provided), so you don't have to make so many holes in your wall ( such a chore). I highly recommend this product.

Mount is awesome, please don't try to adjust the height without putting the monitor on first. It's clearly written to those writing negative reviews about cutting it to adjust the tension. Monitor first, then you can adjust the spring tension easily.Use the screws that came with your monitor as well, eg I used my Mi Monitor screws instead of the ones that came with the mount as they're totally different, so just be a bit aware of that.Everything else was a breeze, holds my ultrawide up with ease.

for the price advertised i was surprised about the high quality of the mount.proper packing, comes with all screws, anchors and tools to adjust the mount.top product, will definitely purchase this brand again whenever need screen mount

Every time it is going down from the point where it is suppose to hold the monitor and as it keeps going down it really makes it difficult to look at the screen.
