I didn’t believe the other reviews but they are right, so much missing from this, and there is a list of contents so it’s obvious what is missing

Missing items and very Cluttered
A first Aid kit should be organized so items are easily found especially in times of an emergency. This first aid kit is a joke. Cheap plastic container with weird sized compartments that do not fit the packets of bandages and ointments, etc. and that allow packets to slip in behind and are then hard to retrieve or even see. Absolutely unorganized and some of the "326" items are not to be found. What is now interesting is that the item is NOT returnable! Can I give it a ZERO star?

Missing items
SO many items are missing from my kit! I tried contacting the seller for a refund or the items missing mailed to me but i'm being sent back and forth. Waste of money, time, and energy.

Well organized, must be hung on a wall to work.
Good selection of products, well organized except they shifted during travel. I just put items back in the shelves. Unfortunately my box arrived damaged and returns are not allowed but Amazon refunded my money and I purchased a different kit.

Doesn't come with 326 pieces like it says
Don't recommend to order mines came incomplete and missing parts As you can see its literally empty so disappointed ima have to go purchase on my own stuff to add what its missing
