I searched through all the many options to correct an inch or so of difference in leg lengths. These inserts are very simply to put underneath your insole and I move them between shoes daily with out problem. The shoe does need to have a high back, so that when the inserts are in your heel doesn’t spill out at the back, but that will be the case for any insert like this. I wear mine with trainers and also with shoes from Suave and Hotter. They have really helped my walking and reduced the fear of catching my longer leg on the ground and tripping.

I’ve just had my hip replaced and have been left with leg length discrepancy. These insoles are amazing, they’re so comfortable (fit in trained etc really well) they have made a massive difference when walking, I’m much more balanced and have no foot discomfort now. 100% recommend these & the price is fair too

Found them comfortable, but they didn't stay in place very well. Had to keep repositioning them. Could have been the footwear that I needed them for that didn't hold the adhesive very well but wasn't pleased.

Help with the issue of new shoe pressing on ankle easy to use and raises the foot so shoe is not pressing anymore and are comfortable. Worth the money and came when said they would be

Brilliant product , I’ve had pain in one heel since a hip replacement due to leg length discrepancy , due to covid I could get an appt to sort it out . I’ve been in pain for18 months prior to this now I feel like I’m walking on air . Thankyou

Wish I had bought these before. Great product very comfortable. Highly recommend really do the job.

These are advertised as being for men or women. They are too narrow for men's shoes making them uncomfortable. I like the design and adhesion but for women's shoes only.

I am very please with it, it did what I bought it for, cannot ask for more!
