The quality of leather and stitching is high quality and well worth the cost of this item. The only reason I did not give it a full 5 star is the that the adhesion is only towards the heel, not the entire length of the pad. It is not secure. I used a little hot glue to secure the entire pad to my shoe.

These are durable and thin but almost impossible to remove from your shoe once you've used the adhesive strip underneath. I really liked how thin they were as they fit into my true to size shoes without making them tighter, and it did relieve the pain under the balls of my feet from constant daily walking. It obviously isn't as supportive as an orthotic well-cushioned insole, but they are very discrete, good for sandals, and do not crowd your toes.My problem was when I tried to remove the Pedag insole from my shoe, it broke into several pieces and some of them were super stuck to the original insole of my brand new shoes. I still can't get some of the glue and layer of leather off. And this was only after a week of using them. They have ruined the inside of my shoe so I suggest not using the actual adhesive unless you want to commit to having it there for a very long time, or using some double sided tape to keep it in place. Other than that, the insole itself is great!

"Unfortunately-shaped feet" is a direct quote from my podiatrist, and they are a challenge when looking for shoes. And then I found the Pedag line of inserts. Like some others have said, you can't transfer these from one pair of shoes to another many times before the paper backing comes off the sticky part, but once you try them out, you're going to want to order a set for every pair of shoes anyway. I have metatarsalgia with predislocation syndrome (due to my foot shape) and had a stress fracture in one foot that never really healed, and it's difficult for me to find dress shoes to wear to work (I'm in my 30s and not ready to commit to gigantic orthopedic shoes quite yet). I have custom orthotics that I wear in my trainers, but they are way too big to fit in any of my dress shoes. I've tried other insoles, and I haven't been that impressed, but these were fantastic! They supported my foot in exactly the right place, and the ball of my foot didn't hurt at the end of the day like it usually does when I wear dress shoes (Caution: If you're not used to orthotics, your feet will probably be sore until they get used to them). I tested them out in two pairs of heels before I committed them to one pair, and they worked great in both. They provide enough cushion but aren't bulky enough to make your shoes too tight. The only thing is that there is no extra padding in the heel, so if that's one of your problem areas, you should probably look at one of the other styles that has a heel cushion (I have another Pedag insert that has heel padding, and it's awesome). For me, this was perfect, and I plan on ordering a pair for all of my dress shoes.

These are a lifesaver for high heels! The cushion helps distribute your weight more evenly, so that you aren't putting as much pressure on the front of your foot. They also help keep my feet from sliding forward and crushing my toes (although they do take up additional space in the shoe, so they're not ideal for shoes that already have a tight toe box). I would recommend giving these a shot.One problem, though, is that the packaging says they can be moved from shoe to shoe, but I have found this is not true. You can unstick them to readjust when you're first putting them in, but after walking around on them for a while, the adhesive becomes too strong. I tried to move them to a different pair of shoes and despite my best efforts to remove them very slowly, I still found little clumps of adhesive and a sticky residue.

I bought this as it seemed my feet would hurt less wearing high heals. While it is easy to use and does supply cushioning, I still am uncomfortable in high heals. If you want some more cushion, this is a great product. Do not expect a miracle of not having your shoes hurt though.

Great insoles to relieve pressure off the ball of your foot. Since giving birth, I've had problem feet and been unable to wear heels without pain. This is the first time since that I've worn heels without dying by midday. The leather almost feels silky to the feet and my feet actually feel more comfortable in heels with these insoles than in flats without these insoles! If you're a pavement pounder like I am, you will appreciate how the pads absorb the shock from the balls of your feet. Thin enough to wear with pumps if there is a tad bit of room. I have pumps that fit my feet perfectly, so I can't put these on those. They tightened the shoe just enough to make the shoe hit my feet in the wrong places. Altough if I was patient enough to break in the shoe with these insoles, they would probably eventually feel ok. I also have the Pedag insoles that are just for the balls of your feet and these are for some reason much more comfy. Make sure you properly position them as the adhesive is very strong. There is almost no room for mistakes. I have a pair of shoes that are now too tight that have a different pair of Pedag insoles in them, they are impossible to remove! But then that's a good thing if you don't want your insoles sliding around in your shoes. I have size 6 insoles on a size 6.5 pair of boots right now and they work out perfectly.

What a win! My feet are incredibly sweaty due to hyperhidrosis, and I’ve tried ALL the insoles. I wore these in a pair of lace-up sandals for my cousin’s wedding on a hot, humid, Texas day, and my feet were dry & happy. I didn’t slip around at all. Because shoe manufacturers are cutting back and not using leather in the sock of shoes anymore, these insoles are a life saver. I am thrilled the nightmare of a shoe hunt for events is over. Bonus, because these are so thin, you could not even tell they were not part of my very open shoes.

私の足が幅広、甲高で合う靴がほとんど見つからなくて足のトラブルが絶えません。これは外国製の靴を買ってしまい足に合わないので中敷きを交換しようと買ってみました。幅の細いヒール用の中敷きらしいです。指部分がないので裏に接着テープがついています。靴に貼り付けてしまうと他の靴に応用出来ないのでやはりフルの長さがある物のほうが使いやすいと思います。細い靴を履く方には一つあってもいいのではないでしょうか。

I REALLY like the leather insoles, the reason why I gave it a 4 is because I would have liked the inflated part to be closer to the toe ((metatarsal )) These are really nice and the leather is super soft. I also like the fact that the leather insoles don't make my feet stink as much as the gel or foam insoles.
