Excellent product. Fit my 2008 BMW x5 perfectly. Found a video on YouTube giving an overview of how to remove the old taillight and replace it with this. One tip - when removing the old unit some of the gasket will still be stuck to your car. In order to ensure a tight seal with the new gasket you'll want to remove any residue. Take as much off by hand then a little WD40 on a paper towel will get the rest off!

The light worked great a fit as it should. Highly recommend if you need to replace your factory light!

I haven't actually installed it yet but will soon. It looks identical to the old one - I'm really pleased with the quality and will have no hesitation installing this on my X5. Better than new; thanks to its seal. Identical, OEM manufactured part. USA or Mexico part; be careful of the Chinese knock offs. There's a difference.

You cannot tell that this is not an OEM part. I would highly recommend this company for these replacement parts.
