How do you use the sticks to tell how far to go?

The number of flat sides showing is the number you move. So, if you toss the sticks and get 2 flat sides up and 2 dark painted sides up, you move two spaces. If you get 3 flat sides up and 1 dark painted side up, you move three spaces. Now, if you get all 4 dark painted sticks up, you move six spaces. There is no five, in case you were wondering. :)

Missing a green silo when game opened-can we get the missing piece?

The only option which is logical is to contact the manufacturer directly. Another option would be to make one or find a hobbyist who could.
