Current time can be adjusted by pulling the crown to its first position. In this position, the current time can be set in both directions. The small seconds hand stops automatically when the crown pulled out of the first notch and will start again when the crown is pushed back. The crown of the Yacht-Master II only has one position as there is no date function. The chronograph works the same as the Daytona model. Pusher at the 2 o'clock position for the start/stop function and a pusher at the 4 o'clock position for zero reset. Also, the pusher at the 4 o'clock position is used for synchronization and for setting the chronograph minute hand. The chronograph minute hand acts as a countdown (max 10 to 0 minutes).
