Burnt out quickly !!!
The product is fantastic although after the first couple of hours being lit ONLY - it got burned out and never worked again. At least it should be spared candles or any instructions as we’re paying so much money for this item !! And it’s on the top of the Tree as well so what’s the point if it’s not lit ?! It ruins the whole experience !!!

its 110 volts. needs transformer for UAE
It is a 110 Volt so you need a transformer to plug in the UAE. Also did not light up when received. Luckily it came with 3 extra bulbs that replaced the 3 non working bulbs (tested with circuit tester). Once working it looks great.
