Work Seamless, great outdoor security
The light and Siren works seamless, quite useful for remote monitoring as I am using it in my garage with no power just WiFI, portable and no electric point needed, I'll highly recommend it.

Excellent Cameras
Like many others, I was debating between a few brands when it came to home security cameras. I ultimately chose Ring because it just seemed to have the best balance between price, quality, and ease of use. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar setup.I have 3 cameras - 1 over my front door, 1 above my garage, and 1 in my backyard. I've had them for about 4 months now, so I feel like I have a pretty good feel for what they're like.Pros- The picture/video quality is excellent. Whether it's the live view, recordings, or snapshots, I'm very happy with the quality. Even at night or when it's raining, you can see everything perfectly clearly. The pictures and videos people have posted on here are a good representation of the quality you'll see. You won't be disappointed.- Motion detection is good. Probably too good, actually. It will pick up any car or person that comes within range, but it will also pick up a tree moving on a windy day. I like that you can adjust the motion sensitivity to tone it down a bit.- Speaking of adjustments, there are quite a few options to personalize things and get the most out of your battery life. It took a few weeks of tweaking the settings, but I've found a good balance between a good battery life and notifications that I feel comfortable. Just know that you can dramatically decrease your battery life if you have everything set to max settings.- Build quality seems sturdy. I've had no problems with it working just fine in all kinds of weather conditions.- Installation is simple. Took longer to decide exactly where to put the cameras than it did to actually mount them. You can do it with just a screwdriver, but a drill will make your life easier. Oh, and be sure to loosen the collar a bit (but DON'T let the screw fall out) before you mount it the first time. Just makes life easier.- The app is outstanding. Seriously, I was not expecting it to be so user-friendly. Super easy to adjust settings, check out all of your cameras at once, and whatnot. If you have other Ring devices, like a doorbell or indoor camera, they'll be part of your interface so you can check them all at once. Really nice design.- The price is very fair for what you get. Yeah, maybe a tad expensive upfront, but the monthly fees (if you use the service) are reasonable and much cheaper than alternative systems. It's a good balance.Cons- Battery life CAN be bad if your settings aren't adjusted properly. Originally, I had everything maxed out with only one battery and it went dead in about a week. It also annoyed me because I was getting notifications every few minutes. Get a second battery and if you want to max out your settings, you either have to charge often (maybe every 3-4 weeks depending on how many alerts you get), or you'll need a solar panel.- The motion sensitivity thing is a bit annoying. It will detect small animals, birds, and even rustling trees on a windy day. It will even pick up shadows if a cloud moves quickly. You don't want to turn it down too low, though, because you might miss something. It takes a bit to find the right level.- The audio is good, not great. You can hear conversations if there's no other ambient noise. But, for example, my backyard camera can't pick up any noise when the air conditioner is running.Overall, I highly recommend this product. Seems like a good compromise between cost and quality.

SPOTLIGHT on Ring Spotlight Cam Battery
• Overview: The Ring Spotlight Camera (Battery) is a remarkable security product that offers peace of mind and simplicity to protect your property. The camera offers what I have found to be very impressive video quality (1080p) that looks fantastic on both mobile devices and computers, perfect two-way audio, a very bright LED light, and alerting 110 decibel alarm – THE FULL PACKAGE in my opinion. All features of this product are cloud based and accessible from the comfort of where YOU are, via internet connect on the Ring app or website. The Ring rechargeable battery is a truly incredible product and delivers an industry leading design, efficiency, and fulfillment of expectations. Although proprietary to Ring products, the rechargeable battery offers the perfect solution to those who may not have access to a permanent power solution, solar, or stable power connection. I have purchased nine (9) additional rechargeable batteries, leaving me with an total of 20 of these. In most cases, one would expect the purchase of additional batteries to be the result of poor performance and longevity; however, these fit my exact demand of two (2) batteries per spotlight camera and one (1) to keep charged on hand for my Ring Video Doorbell 2. ALL of these batteries have held a phenomenal charge in the brutal summer heats of Arizona (100-110 degrees currently) with very frequent usage through each day. It is important that consumers know mileage will vary with the battery of any Ring products as there are both sensitivity and frequency settings to capture the moments you otherwise would not.• What I loved: There is so much to take into consideration when purchasing a security camera and for me this really checked every box. The installation process is seamless, as one would expect as Ring includes EVERYTHING necessary for you to install the product with ease. This is even to include easy to follow video demonstration of how the device is set up, installed, and even the functionalities. The lights and alarm add an additional layer to prevention that I thought I would never need, and hopefully never do, but am relieved that I have. The video playback is perfect, although, internet service is going to vary for everyone. I have purchased Ring products for all of my immediate family members, and for those who have slower internet connection or poor WiFi there is noticeable differences between Live View functionality. The proprietary battery is very well construction, durable, and fits perfectly into each Ring battery operated product. I have not ran into any issues or failures. The battery charges via micro usb in approximately 6 hours from 0% battery. In a world of fast charging devices, this may seem extremely long; however, consumers should consider that these batteries will last days, if not weeks, of consistent recording, live view, and other events.• Opportunities: I would like to see a proprietary charging dock that can charge multiple batteries at once.

Ring Spotlight Camera with the optional solar charger is brilliant!
I cannot express to you how important this device is and comfort that safety provides. I had to move it as it was picking up my neighbors driveway and I did not feel right about that. The optional solar charger that powers the battery made it VERY easy to move without moving the panel. I feel great about the product and I rely on it. I wish it was a bit easier to change the wireless network but I do understand they are taking proactive measures against people using products wrong. I put this on a hidden guest network and I am thrilled at how it works. The timeline recording features are a huge perk and I am VERY happy as it even showed me an essential situation I needed to share with a third party and it was so easy to share the data.My only suggestion to RING is that you have to make it easier to ask questions about policies. I have the warranty on the device and coverage. My question did not get answered clearly and I asked for clarification and I was dropped. My main alarm is a start of the year coverage. My new lights I got late in Q3/Q4. I asked how does the coverage get applied to keep it one date and they failed to clearly answer that. I searched and found the answer on Amazon and solved my concern, however that's Ring's job, not Amazon.

Easy to Install
A snap to install, and connect to my existing Ring setup. These two cameras provide outstanding coverage for two backyard gates on either end of the house. Installed now for almost two months in triple digit Arizona heat, and a couple of fierce monsoon storms, and holding up extremely well. (I did instill them under eaves to partially protect them). So far, very happy with battery life as well. Was worried they would go through the battery quickly, but after almost two months on the job, showing 75% and 78% charge on the two units. Guessing at that rate I'll get around 6 months or so.

Great security camera
Decided to add these to my Ring security arsenal as I already have a Ring Doorbell Pro and Chime Pro. These Ring cameras are easy to setup with the Ring app and easy to install. You will need a strong wifi signal if you plan on installing these far from your router. I also installed the Ring solar panels with these so that I won't have to be climbing up on the ladder and retrieving batteries for a recharge. These seem to be working great so far. I would recommend!
