Q: If I’m 5’4 and 150 what size should I get? Thanks!

I’m 5’5”, 145 lbs and the large fits perfectly.

Q: I'm 5,2 and 115 pounds. What size do you recommend?

Xs unless you have larger thighs or want them loose. I'm 120 and 5"2 with a gymnast build. I tried them on st TJX in an xs but wanted to order a small in a different color because I want them baggy. The xs fit great but I'm too old to wear tight fits!

Q: If I normally take a large would I size up?

These shorts run large. If anything when ordering I would go down a size unless you want them to fit loose.
