Ease of use excellent flavour

Tried this as our butchers were out of minted lamb steaks, so just bought plain lamb steaks, and tried this marinade. This tastes just as good as our local butchers, we now know their secret! The only thing I was unsure of was how much to use, as just says sprinkle on the meat and leave, how much is a sprinkle?

First time using the tikka flavour marinade, only marinated the top of the chicken thighs and from that we got: not the typical tikka flavour that you get when you buy a fresh sandwich or cob from a cob shop, but absolutely delicious all the same! When first opened it has a strong curry powder smell, but it does not taste of curry powder. It tastes a bit salty. Used it on a few pieces of chicken breast and thighs just on top and then baked in the oven for 15 mins and sliced for sandwiches and it was so tasty with a bit of mayo. Absolutely delighted we decided to try this flavour. Have used this Chinese glaze before and love it! This is by far the best brand of Chinese marinade you can get and I have tried a lot of them! We highly recommend both flavours and will definitely be buying them again along with others :-)Update: Now used the tikka to fully marinate a bunch of boneless chicken thighs and the taste was different, stronger, more curry powder flavour and a bit of spice. Still really tasty! Depending on how you want your meat to taste will depend on how you marinate it I guess.
