Review: Great for GERD and LPR - If you have GERD or LPR, then I strongly recommend that you try this alkaline water. If you don't know what GERD or LPR are, then consider yourself fortunate ;) I've had GERD for several years and recently developed LPR. An ENT recommended I take an H2 to help my LPR, but I did some research and stumbled on alkaline water. I've tried lots of natural remedies to help with my GERD including DGL, enzymes, ACV and others, but none have given me much relief. This is the first thing that made my sore throat go away. It also reduced my morning congestion and stopped my sneezing fits. Studies have been done with PH 8.8 water and shown it to be effective. You can read about it on Evamor's website. The water tastes good (for water), but it is a bit expensive to order online.
Review: This is the BEST water& bottled in Louisiana! - Love this water& being from Louisiana, it's nice to know this is bottled in Covington, LA! We drink gallons of it daily. Our tap water here is SO GROSS, our dog even prefers bottled water, and she'll go on a water strike sometimes until she sees us pouring "the good stuff" into her bowl (let's be honest, she REALLY likes the toilet the best). We prefer to drink naturally alkaline water, and this is so great! The taste is fantastic...it tastes like good clean WATER! We just received our order, it arrived so fast. We get 32oz bottles, but we've also gotten the larger bottles that they sell in the past. These are a good size. The bigger bottles are harder to drink straight out of, so 32 oz is perfect. If you are someone that likes to keep track of their water consumption, I drink at least 4 a day to keep up with my "at least" a gallon a day intake.

If you have GERD or LPR, then I strongly recommend that you try this alkaline water. Love this water& being from Louisiana, it's nice to know this is bottled in Covington, LA! We drink gallons of it daily. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helps with our Laryngopharyngeal reflux

Both myself and my teenager have to occasionally fight bouts of acid reflux; worst is that it is Laryngopharyngeal reflux, or 'silent reflux'. The main tip off of acid reflux is the heartburn. With silent reflux, the acid that would typically sit in the esophagus and give that 'burn' actually makes it all the way up to the larynx and throat. The esophagus is designed with a protective coating, to an extent, to protect itself from acid for obvious reasons. However, the throat and larynx don't have those coatings, so when the acid makes it up that far, a lot more damage is done. In addition, it can reek havoc with the sinus' as well as some of it can make it all the way up there. Needless to say, whenever we have one of these attacks, it's not pretty. It usually takes about 2 weeks to fully recover, and in the meantime it's hard to sleep from the coughing fits and the sinus issues, and we will sometimes loose our voice a bit if it's particularly bad. We've both found alkaline water to help tremendously with the pain and discomfort of this reflux. While regular water cools our throats as it's going down, within a few minutes, it's uncomfortable again. With this water we've found that at least a bottle a day for 2-3 days really helps improve the recovery time by 3-5 days and makes the pain much more bearable. I highly recommend it to anyone I know who suffers from any sort of reflux.
