Awesome and Efficient Cleaner!
The media could not be loaded. The Lefant Robot Vacuum Cleaner is an amazing addition to the household, especially if you need an extra hand with cleaning. The machine is able to maneuver itself properly around without damaging any walls or scratching the floors. The cleaner is able to efficiently clean around the house through its auto-clean function or the user can activate manual clean which enables the user to control the robot.One of the biggest perks is that it's nowhere near as loud as many other vacuum cleaners. The noise is considerably low and you're able to perform other tasks while not being distracted. The user also has the ability to toggle between different suction powers.The cleaner does a really awesome job with cleaning carpets and hardwood floors. A helpful tip is to make sure that the robot cleaner doesn't have any tape stuck to its sensors or it may not be able to move as efficiently.

Love it!
I was worried.... looked at a lot of these. I didn't want to pay a really high price for something that is kinda a luxury! This exceeded my expectations! I love it. I use it mostly as the vacuum. I set it to run each night. It does it's thing, goes back to the charger and is ready to go the next night. I empty the "trap" and am always shocked at how much dirt and dust it picks up. The mopping feature I have used in our bathroom between real cleanings and what a nice handy thing to have. It works great. The directions are a little off - maybe due to a loss of words in translation(?), which makes the remote a little complicated. But I got it set up to run each night and I just leave it at that. I am so happy with this purchase!

Great suction. Not good for medium pile carpets
Great vacuum ! Upstairs: It doesn't do thick carpets very well by itself. It will start on the carpet and then say "roller brush is tangled. please check and clean it" I just resume and it starts again for a few minutes before stopping again. It only does this on the rug pictured. Other than that it does a great job. picks up all the dog hair. I love the 2 brushes on either side of the unit. It is also very quiet. I don't have to turn the volume up on the tv when it is running. The mapping on the app sucks. Every time it stops on the carpet the map resets. It doesn't save the map either. For me this isn't too big of a deal for vacuuming. It detects stairs well. It doesn't fall downstairs.Downstairs: For mopping I have to put up a barrier around the rug. I only have 1 rug and all wood floors so that is a minor inconvenience. I have hand weights, rolled up yoga mats, and foam rollers to block off the carpet when mopping. It does my carpet with black spots no problem! My Roborock can't do black spots on the carpet.

PLEASE READ MY UPDATE - BUYER BEWARE-STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIER PRODUCTS
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE-DECEMBER 5, 2021-When I received the replacement vacuum, the U180, it was broken from the start. The vacuum runs and runs in the same small room, never recognizing when it is finished vacuuming the room and returning to the charging station automatically. It runs about 2 hours until the battery dies. Furthermore, if I push the home button to send it to the charging station, it runs around and around the room and cannot find it. I have to manually place it on the dock. Only if I place the vacuum directly in front of the charging station does it find it. I tired everything to solve these issues and could not. I emailed Lefant customer support for help. They were no help at all. They kept telling me to place the vacuum directly in front of the charging station and see if it could find it. Of course it found the charging station when placed only 2 feet away. Which I told them this from the beginning. Finally they told me they recognize that there is a problem with the vacuum. But they clearly didn't know how to fix it as they offered no advice or service. I ask them to send me another replacement since the one they sent to me was defective out of the box and I told them I would be happy to return said defective vacuum. They refused, stating their warranty only allows for one replacement. Excuse me, but not when that replacement was broken when you sent it! That is not my fault. They went so far as to say that as long as the vacuum cleans the room, that is all that matters. That it doesn't matter if the other features don't work. I paid for those other features to work so it certainly does matter! I emailed them time and time again, each time explaining that if I buy a product and it is defective, and I return that product and it is exchanged for another, if that product is also defective I can return it again for another replacement. That companies cannot replace a product one time and say too bad if this one doesn't work either as you can only exchange it once! But that is what Lefant did. They refused to replace the broken vacuum that they sent to me! I bought a robot vacuum that broke while under warranty and was replaced. But their replacement was also broken and they refuse to make it right. So I paid them money for a product and am now out that money and also do not have a vacuum that works! And it is still under their so called warranty!!!!! I purchased the original product on December 18, 2020. It broke in August 2021 and Lefant sent me a defective replacement vacuum and is refusing to send me a working one. STAY FAR AWAY FROM LEFANT AND THEIR PRODUCTS!I purchased this sweeper in December 2020. In August 2021, it was running one day, then stopped and gave an error message that the roller brush is tangled (See attached video). The roller brush was not tangled, but I cleaned it anyway, along with everything else, but the issue persisted. I contacted Lefant customer service, as it is under warranty, and they sent me a new roller brush motor, that I had to install myself. It didn't resolve the problem. So I emailed Lefant again. At this point they ask if I would accept another model, as the M571 is currently out of stock, and they offered the M210-B. I have no problem accepting another model, but it needs to be comparable in features and price to the model it is replacing, and the M210-B is not. It cost less than half of what I paid for the M571, and it does not have a separate water tank for mopping like the M571. The M210-B just has a pad that you wet and stick to the sweeper. The only sweeper they have that is comparable in both features and price to the M571 is the U180. I would accept that model, but nothing less.So I emailed them back and explained all of this. I did have to email again a few days later as I never received a response, but that's ok. They had always been pretty timely before and always extremely kind and friendly.Anyway, they agreed to my request of replacing my M571 with the U180. They did ask for me to leave a positive review for them doing so, which I am happy to do. I'll update with more positive feedback once I receive my new U180!

I was a little disappointed with the performance of the vacuum.
Doesn't pick up dirt very good, but it is good for picking up pet hair. Battery power runs out before it cleans all the floors

We love LeVac!
Love it! Had 3 Roomba's and a Scooba, they were great but this is so much better, quieter, never gets suck. Couldn't get the device connected to the network and app but I use the remote for everything and it wakes up and cleans every day at noon, then once a week I have it mop. Floors are always clean even with two cats and a wife with long hair. Worth the money for us, helps keep everything clean, and when you see it wiring it makes me want to do some dishes or help out, kinda like a workout buddy. 9/10 just because the network connection app issues, but they are not needed, but would be nice to have

We love this vacuum! If I need to hurry up and tidy the house I know I can get this vacuum to work while I tidy and put things away. It’s been a life saver, living on a farm, there’s constantly dirt trafficked in and this vacuum saves my sanity! Recently we had an issue with a part and the Lefant team sent a replacement right away. When the part didn’t work to help the issue they offered to send a new unit. We are very thankful as we love this vacuum/mop so much! Very user friendly and easy to set up. The app works easily and isn’t hard to set up.
