The case is thick and durable but the supporting piece under the kickstand that keeps it open is made of very thin plastic and can't support the weight of the phone and case for an extended period of time without breaking off at the top where it's connected underneath the kickstand. The phone in case was resting on my countertop with the open kickstand and when I picked it up the kickstand supporting piece fell off. One of the plastic connectors at the top had broken off. Without the supporting piece, the kickstand will eventually break off too. The kickstand supporting piece should be made of strong metal. I had the case for 2 weeks and sent it back for a replacement case, but the supporting kick stand piece on the replacement case is showing sides of breaking, so I don't use the kickstand. Disappointed and wouldn't buy again.

When you install it, place/snap it in the Screen Protector First. Then put on the back. Put the buttons in first then gently work the case on around the edges. Phone went into boot modes several times why installing due to the buttons being all pressed at once. Screen protection is not the thickest, but it should due a good job. Good design, seems durable. Thicker on the screen protection, it seems like a thin plastic, would get another star. Instructions on how to install would of got another.

Actually returning one of the two. I purchased and we both have the same phone moto E mine fits perfectly but my husband's case doesn't fit security to his screen it moves like it's not sticking to the glass at all we are ordering another one and hopefully we don't have the same issue twice I'll update when his new one comes outherwise I love mine but can't say that yet for my hubby!!

Kickstand is made of low grade plastic that brakes easily!I bought a second one because my done broke it. The second case was garbage and I wish I would have just sent it back!DO NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE PHONE CASE!!!

I needed to purchase a rugged case for my husband's new phone because for some reason he is always dropping it. This really is the case for him. Crossing fingers, I don't see anything happening to this phone while in this case.

I have had this case for a couple of months now and it has been great!I have unfortunately, dropped my phone a couple of times already and no damage whatsoever.

This phone case is horrible. It’s only redeeming quality would be I fully believe it is durable enough to chuck down cement stairs.The built in screen has bubbles in between layers of the plastic, the button construction on the sides continuously presses buttons, making the phone unusable.My bad for choosing something cheap, only leaving a review to let others know this is NOT an acceptable substitute for something like an otterbox.

Bought for my grandson. (9). It’s protecting the phone. The screen saver doesn’t look good when the phone is off but it doesn’t matter when the phone is on. The picture is fine. The kick stand that’s suppose to allow the phone to stand alone broke early on.it’s worth the money.

It is a great color blue , fits well, handy standBad thing is screen protector is very hard and cracked when trying to put the whole case together 😔

The screen protector is trash. And the kickstand is off it doesn't stand proper. I now have a film over my front camera, and it's broken.Was not worth my money. 🤦😪
