Very comfortable. Surprisingly soft. Very wearable daily. Great for bed-bound or hospital patients.
I was hospitalized for approximately 4 months at Johns Hopkins Hospital. It was from a very serious dirt biking accident last year. After many surgeries and being completely bed-bound for 24/7 for many months in a hospital bed, one of the nurses asked if I wanted to try wearing disposable underwear during my stay so I could keep fresh daily. I absolutely loved them. They were actually incredibly comfortable and I liked that I could change underwear daily while in the hospital without having to worry about bringing ALL of my real underwear to the hospital and keeping them during my 4-month hospital stay worrying about dirty underwear needing to get washed... So when I was discharged from the hospital, I was sent home with about a weeks worth of disposable underwear, but I needed many more for about 1 more month of being under homecare and home-based nursing supervision and IV antibiotic therapy. So, of course, I looked on Amazon and I found these! Excellent price and it was VERY worth it. These were actually much softer than the ones the hospital gave me. I love these and still use them now. I may even buy another box just because I love them! They're really fun!(PS: the photo of the sample on the mannequin makes it look like it is very high-waisted, but it really isn't. I'm about 90 lbs at 5'5". Very slim. And I have long skinny legs. And these underwear are really quite low-waisted for me.) Very comfortable.

just like the hospital!
I was given these in the hospital to wear home after surgery. I was really captivated by how comfortable they were and how they stayed up and didn't bunch or bind. I was glad to find them here on Amazon because they're perfect for traveling etc. You can hand wash and reuse them several times. An elderly relative was having some tender skin issues caused by the elastic in her undergarments and I thought this would be the perfect solution.

Sizing not as expected
Size is not as expected. I was hoping for something similar to what I received at the hospital after the birth of my son, but these were not comparable. I went two sizes up from my 9-months-pregnant size to accommodate my post-partum figure and was disappointed to find them too small and uncomfortably tight on my Cesarian incision. Now I have an overabundance of disposable underwear.

Look tiny but do stretch.
Like others have said, these are not as pictured. They are the tiniest briefs. However, they DO stretch to fit. Just not enough material there to be comfortable for some.

Disposable briefs
We purchased these briefs to be included kits we are making for a project called "It's our Mission Period.com". These briefs will be sent to Africa, Mexico and around the world to help those in need. The price is right and the quality is great since they can be washed up to 50 times before they deteriorate. We wish they were easier to acquire. Thanks.

Not as described
I recently had laparoscopy surgery and ordered these because I was looking for something disposable and more comfortable than regular underwear. I was disappointed when these arrived as they are bikini fit, not briefs. I ordered XL; however, they look more like a S or M and they were extremely low quality compared to what I received from the hospital (extra material at seams, must tear easily as one pair had a hole when I took it out of the open box). I would be cautious using these depending on where you have incisions (the waist band on these would likely rest on my incision) and would not recommend unless you are OK with the bikini style and not too concerned with quality.

they appear super small and like they are bikinis when you first ...
c-section mommies- they dont send you home with enough mesh panties from the hospital!! these are a must, and the closest thing i could find! very cozy once you get the on and stretch them out over your incision. they appear super small and like they are bikinis when you first pull them out but they stretch. order the larger sizes, these are kids or something. i ordered XL and I am a size 4-6 lady.

Good just like hospital ones
Yes! After having a c-section I was nutty about anything touching the incision until it was healed. These were just like the ones in the hospital and stretched big. The washed fine, although I only wore them for about 3 weeks and then threw them all away. Although, they probably would be good for the monthly cycle, I just wanted all of that stuff gone once I healed.
