Keeps food & Drink really cold for hours and hours
Researched this well as I had tried some cool bags from Amazon and they didn’t come up to scratch. Now this was mainly for two reason, either the product itself didn’t hold up ( broken zips and splits ) or I was squeezing it into a day sack to take to work. Having to take the cool bag out every time I ate on the hoof was a real mish.So I decided to upgrade to this product.I’ve held off on the review for a good few months now ( about 3 ) and used it 6 days a week for that time.So how has it held up? Amazingly. Not a problem with any zips or pockets, storage is ideal for me and the centre pack does everything you want it to do.So I use mine as follows. The small pouch on the outside contains keys, ID, phone etc. the main compartment works best as follows.Place a freezer block on the bottom, then place for example your plastic tub containing in my case, chicken, salad etc. I then place another cool block on top of the plastic container. At this point I place two cool blocks down each side ( left and right) so the plastic container of food is surrounded. On top I place a plastic bottle of milk, two other plastic drink bottles and a bottle of sale dressing. This is my set up and it works for me.I have left my house at 6am, opened and closed the zip on various and numerous times and it’s all still cold. I can take a bottle of drink out at midday and it is still cold ( as cold as a fridge )The salad has on occasions actually been frozen in areas as the blocks are so good and the insulation is perfect. I have used it for 10-12 hours and by then the effect has started to wear off but that been in temperature recently up in the 30’s.When I get home, replace blocks in freezer and repeat the next day.I place a small flask of hot drink in the side mesh pocket and it stays there until I need it.Easy to carry, ideal for a decent selection of food and drink if you want them cold.A great purchase, ideal for work, back packing or days out.Highly recommended and to date, no faults in quality or performance.

Great cool backpack
Used this on a few outings now and it’s been great. Kept food and drink nicely cool with the addition of three ice blocks, comfortable to wear and holds a good amount of picnic. Great purchase.

Great idea
I have only used this a few times, but it's been good on those occasions. It keeps good cold and fresh all day, but it depends on how many ice blocks you put in it and how hot it is outside. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is down to the lack of space in the outer pocket meaning having to put non food items in the main part with the food.I do sometimes find I start getting back ache after a while due to the weight on my back.

Good for day-to-day use
Work bag for my fella. Good to stop lunches freezing/getting warm (he works outdoors) and a nice size to carry other work essentials. Appears better made than the previous one I got for him.

Just the right size for 2 people
Bought this bag as the strap on our old one had broken. I liked the large main area. Packed 4 sandwiches, fruit, and crisps. 1 ice pack was sufficient. There are 2 mesh pockets on the sides to carry our flasks. There's a smaller zip pocket at the front, handy for wallets, phones etc although I wouldn't recommend putting keys in as they kept snagging on the mesh inside. I liked the elastic straps on the front too, handy to put a lightweight fleece or waterproof save carrying it.

Well made
Well padded and comfortable to carry. Large insulated section which has no pockets and smaller zipped compartment with mesh pocket and plenty of room for purse, keys, meds etc. Great ruck sack

Can't fault it.
Had this bag for coming up to 3 years now and It's still going strong. No issues with it what so ever. The only thing it needs is a strap on side to hold your jacket when the weather changes. Then it would be perfect.

Amazing backpack! Travels well!!
I ordered this for a trip to Key West from MI. We have hauled it all over the US by now. It is perfect for packing drinks in and lasts all day without leaking. Just start with cold drinks!! We found starting with room temperature, it did not get them cold. It is very roomy. Stands up well on its own, so easy to pack. The sides big enough to hold a 32oz Yeti perfectly. Straps are padded and comfortable. Highly recommend! I take this thing with us everywhere! Holds up very close to our Yeti...but I worry less because nobody will steal an off brand! Totally recommend!

Good value for $29 or less, cooler is just ok, comfortable and versatile
Edit: reviewing after almost two years of use. This thing has really held up EXTREMELY well. I use it mostly as a regular backpack at amusement parks and while traveling. The straps are just designed better and look better on me than my other backpacks. The cooling won’t wow you and is certainly inferior to my other backpack cooler from Walmart that has much thicker foam for same price. But that backpack cooler has almost no utility as an actual backpack. The tourit is very versatile and it will keep drinks cold for 5-7 hours if you use enough ice packs. I am very happy with the purchase.I bought the red one for $29, so my review is based on that price. I would not be happy at all if I spent $39.Please understand what this is and what this isn’t before you buy. The cooler section is exactly the same build and material of the $6 kid’s lunch boxes at Walmart or Target—just 4x the size—so don’t expect to be able to take this on an overnight trip. The insulation is less than half of an older model Ozark Trail backpack cooler I also have that was $19. That backpack cooler looks overbuilt and has superior materials compared to this. However, it has no pockets and less capacity due to the thick insulation. Even though it’s a much better cooler it is just not practical for most of my uses and I was tired of bringing a second bag.The Tourit cooler solves that problem for me. I can fit a big iPhone with a wallet case inside the dry storage pocket and 4-5 discs for disc golf. The pocket folds down (pictured) and still keeps it all secure—which is super convenient.I can fit a 36 OZ double-walled water bottle or my 32 OZ Papa Bear tumbler in the side pockets and they both fit awesome. The bag itself it about the size of an elemtary kid’s school backpack and fits me very comfortably at 6’0 200. The bag is also very sturdy when standing and extremely difficult to tip over (which is great for kayaking and SUP).My 7-year old son and I use this to play disc golf, for our regular picnics in the park, taking food and drinks to sit by the pool for the day, kayaking, and some light hiking and biking. It serves all those purposes wonderfully.I expect the inside will begin to come apart in a year or so due to the poor build, but it should be fine for our uses with some gorilla tape and/or glue. Hopefully we can extend that time frame with some common sense and care when packing it.The extra storage definitely makes up for the less than stellar cooler section. To be clear, the cooler still works just fine for us and gives very cold drinks and food after 6-8 hours in the Florida sun with some ice packs.

Great cooler backpack!
The media could not be loaded. Sometimes I have an issue with the coolers that go on your shoulder because it hurts my shoulder when it’s full. This backpack definitely soft that problem. I carried it to Switzerland and we packed lunches for hikes with an ice block. It’s lightweight and worked out so awesome for what we needed it for. The other day I went to a friends house and put three bottles of wine in it. It was great because my hands were full carrying a dish that I cooked for her house. I was able to throw this on my back and carry the dish. It’s definitely worth the money!
