The Grimoire of St Cyprian: Clavis Inferni

This book was supposed to have colour plates, but includes only black and white ones. The translated text is supposed to be black and red, but is black with a nearly unreadable grey text where the red should be. It is also speced in at 102 pages, but the last six are after the end of the index (page 96) and are blank. Either I received a sham copy, or the publisher is being fraudulent in their description. Not a happy customer, won’t order anything published by Golden Hoard again unless I can physically page through a copy.

I own the hardcover edition and it's a very good buy for less than $50. All the illustrations are in color and look fantastic. This particular grimoire bears very little resemblance to other Solomonic texts. Fans of the SWOCM series won't be disappointed.

DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED. Book overpriced and gave the impression of missing contents.

The info is good, but the price of this particular tome is way overpriced for the quantity/quality of info inside. I would say its not worth more than a reasonable $30

I agree with the previous reviewer that Mr Skinner is just capitalizing on the popularity of the Portuguese/Spanish Grimoire by translating a minor and irrelevant manuscript with a similar title! (As with most of his other works!)

Bueno, bastante caro un libro que es casi un facsimil. Naturalmente riguroso y mostrando el grimorio original 'fotocopiado' que diría yo en mi incultura ... Un buen trabajo que nos obliga a buscar más ... Mucho más ... Bueno, según cuando le compremos.
